The staff at the hotel went out of their way to make sure the rooms were to our liking. The hotel is situated in a forest adjacent to a lovely stream. A short walk along a cobblestone road next to the hotel leads one to the incredible Peles castle. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms contained all the expected amenities. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant were delicious. We highly recommend the papanasi!

The staff is absolutely polite and friendly. The ladies have a very soft voice, a delight to listen to them. Also, the location is perfect - 10 min walking distance to the Peles Castle, 15 min walking distance to the Train Station. There's a lovely park 10 min walking distance. Lot's of attractions are close to the location. It's very quiet, the river was right near our window. And not to forget the food, it's the best. Very delicious and good price. Definitely going back!

The room was rather compact, but is okay if you just sleep there. Our room was equipped with a small fridge and a hair dryer which I really appreciated. This is also a plus.

Good location, 10' by foot to Cazinou and 15' to the train station. Very quiet, cosy, warm inside, good restaurant, not crowded, with very good food at reasonable prices. The personel was very welcoming and they allowed us to stay in the room until 6 pm when our train was scheduled. Big Thank you!

Very dark in the parking nearby so coming at night was frightful. Happily we had the lamp of the mobile phone that helped us walk safely. One of the beds was badly screeching and woke us up during the night.

Staff, facilities, location, breakfast-all great! We’ve been very pleased and I’ll warmly recommend it to family and friends!

In the bathroom the shower cabin had a leak so the water came on the floor after every shower.

Made a booking for my mom and she loved everything about the stay - the rich breakfast, the quiet location, proximity to city centre, the nearby stream which she could hear from the room

Fantastic breakfast options - cooked to order, not a buffet which is more common. Spacious room with a view out to the forest. Very friendly and helpful staff and efficient service in the restaurant.

For a three star hotel everything was better than expected.

Everything was during our stay. The restaurant food was delicious and the portions generous. It was my second time staying at the hotel and i will definitely come back!

We stayed at the hotel for a birthday, the weather turned bad, it rained for 2 days, it was cold, but the hotel greeted us with warm rooms, friendly staff, home cooking, I recommend

I really liked the location of the hotel, we had the room on the ground floor on the side with the brook and it was great to hear the flow of water and to be shackled by the view offered by the forest. Towels and bed linen very clean. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Very tasty food at decent prices.

What I didn't like was the bathroom, the leaks had hair and dirt in them, the shower cabin had to be cleaned and removed the silicone mold. Under the threshold of the shower cabin, water trickled down to the middle of the bathroom. Before I took a shower I felt the need to disinfect the bathtub and wash it. Also, the furniture in the hallway of the room must be repaired.
