The room was nice, cozy and clean. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Food was good and the pool was ok. Overall, a very pleasant experience

I liked that the room was very close to the pool. The pool was clean and HEATED. We had a kettle and some coffee and tea in the room. The room was well heated. The breakfast was decent, enough type of food to choose from.

The staff refused me to upgrade the room to one with a balcony, while on booking, that room was still available at that date. They are cheap with the towels, you only have 2 towels in the room and you need to go at the reception to ask for more, and the same with bath robes. There were no any sticker or leaflet by the telephone so you could call reception if you need anything. The neighbourhood dogs were barking in the night time for hours. The mini bar was empty. A very small TV. The food at the restaurant was disappointing.

The rooms were big and very warm (we had to turn off the heating).

The hotel is a memory of what it used to be. I could only rate it 2 stars. The carpet wasn't very clean and there was mould în the bathroom. Breakfast was decent, no fruit and little food variety. . The swimming pool was small and very hot and the sauna only worked when you would call the reception toi start it. It is 10-15 min walk from the Town center and has no working restaurant.

View was nice in both rooms. parking was good. Except for the in room fridge, the room was clean.

Unclean and smelly in room fridge. Bathtub/shower access too high. Need 3 hands to operate the toilet! bed too hard. No soundproofing between rooms keeping us up to 2am on a Wednesday! Restaurant teated as a kindergarden in the morning for breakfast. This hotel needs to be dragged into the 21st century to deserve 4 stars in this modern age.

I don’t understand how this hotel is a 4 star hotel. I would rate it one star. The carpet smell is everywhere and the elevator is so old and need maintenance. Dont be fooled by the four stars as i did.
