Breakfast it's a big plus

The accommodation only offers the rooms with "spa included" option, but they said to us that we needed a reservation for spa and it was too late to do it at check in. There should be an option to book a room without spa or they could text us to make a reservation online before check in if that is possible.

Great location! The hotel is really nice, and depending on what room you get, they have updated rooms that are great. The pool and spa are wonderful as well. Breakfast buffet is a large spread.

You have to schedule the pool - you only get 1.5 hours because they are renting out pool time to people not staying at the pool. So, you could potentially stay at a cheaper location and go and rent 1.5 hours in the pool just like those staying at the hotel. There was an issue with one of the rooms we booked (3 in total) - the door didn't lock, and while they were very helpful in resolving the issue, we were charged for an upgrade even though it wasn't our fault. (I am not surprised by this in Romania, but would have left with a happier heart if they ate the cost since it was their issue to start with).

This hotel is in PERFECT location The newly renovated rooms are comfortable and perfect for a few days of relax. SPA is the best 👌 nice swim pool , a jacuzzi feet for a KING the Sttem room and shower are the perfect combination follow with a beautiful staff 👌

The Restaurant has NO RUMENIAN FOOD. has no LOCAL / Romanian beer 🤔 This Italian "imitation" will not cut it for me. Please 🙏 for the love of God introduce TRADITIONAL ROMANIAN cuisine.

We loved the food, the decorations, the room, the cleanliness.

I wanted to make a reservation for the spa and waited for aprox. 40 minutes for the spa staff to appear to be able to make an appointment. In the end no one showed up . We waited from 20h20 to 21h00. Meanwhile, the receptionist offered no support, besides telling us we should wait, because making appointments for the spa was not her job. She was extremely unpleasant and offered no alternative or support. Uncommon attitude and services for such a hotel! We were very disappointed. Next morning we found out the spa was cleaned up in the morning, so we ended up not being able to use it. Information that could have also been provided in advance.

Refurbished hotel recently. Very modern. Good sized room with comfortable bed with two single duvets Good shower Excellent breakfast with choice of cold and hot food. Gluten free cereal, bread and soya milk for my wife and my diets. Pool and sauna suite free up to 18.00 then 20Lieu for 2 hours great value. Car Parking beside the hotel but 40 lieu about £6.50 a night but handier than trying to find free parking. Tourist tax 6 Lieu about £1 per person per night. Right in the middle of Sinai high street very convenient. 5 minute walk to the Gondola to take you up the mountain. Not the cheapest but good value for money. Great traditional Romanian Restaurant underneath the hotel Rina Crama owned by the hotel. Excellent traditional food.

This is a classic 4 star hotel in a popular tourist area. We stayed just one night, and our room with a balcony matched the photos and description perfectly. The spa center was tiny but nice with very friendly and helpful staff. Even though parking at the hotel was paid, it was convenient and secure, which we appreciated. The reception team was professional, though quite reserved. I understand they have many guests to manage, but given the hotel’s star rating, I would have expected a warmer welcome and check out. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. The pastries were especially good—little portions and delicious.

Comfy hotel with nice spa. Restaurant is nice but you need to make sure to not be in the aircon flow otherwise it might get chilly. Hilarious fact is that there’s no soup after 18. That’s a little disturbing coz one would like a soup when coming back after a day trip. The bar drinks are good, the bar personnel though is not attentive at all (unless they spot you leaving without pay). Deluxe rooms are in a good shape and bathrooms are spacious enough for two easily.

Elevator only works if somebody closes the door upstairs. It’s marked only for disabled people so guests are carrying their luggage two floors up despite a concierge. Spa is accessible to grownups only but the pool in the same area is full of kids. People do not remove their towels when not using long chairs, which is a pity because the long chair area is very limited.

Lovely hotel. Welcoming and stylish. We used the spa every day which was included, easy to book and fantastic! Breakfast had a good range of food. The surrounding area is beautiful, recommend a trip to Peles Castle! We used the room service and restaurants attached to the hotel, the food was good and reasonable value. There is a train from Bucharest to Sinaia which is easy to book.

No iron in the room, when we requested one it was leaking and some of the wire exposed so we did not use it.

Staff was great, always attentive and helpful. A special shoutout to Nicoleta at the Silena Spa located in the hotel. She was so nice and very professional, we talked about all the treatments available at the Spa, as well as other activities in the Sinaia area. Loredana was amazing when I needed a manicure, I had a wonderful experience.. and Dan at front desk was fantastic too!

The room could have used a renovation, as it was a bit outdated, but nevertheless comfortable, nice mattress which is really important.

A beautiful, clean, quiet, and well-organized hotel – truly a 4-star experience. The spa is excellent – pool, saunas, and jacuzzi – open until 10 PM, which is super convenient after a day of exploring. A perfect way to relax. We had a large room with two bedrooms – clean, fully equipped, and everything looked new. The only thing missing was a coffee machine, which I personally find important. Check-in was done a day in advance – they sent all the instructions via message, and check-out was also quick and easy. Parking is paid, but conveniently located near the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t very rich, but it was tasty and more than enough. Highly recommended for everyone!
