Nice and clean room, a good variety of food at breakfast

The water in the swimming pool was a bit cold , the parking spaces by the hotel are almost non-existent, the reception has an unfriendly approach

Everything was very good. Breakfast was super great. SPA Center is very ok, large pool, a jacuzzi, 2 saunas and a salt sauna room . All these are included in price.

- Parking is small, but is a big private parking just across the street, with 30 lei per day.

The whole experience was like a mouth of fresh air. Everything was cleaned, the room was gorgeous and spacious, with a great view. The personnel was also polite and always careful to the client's needs, always ready to help. The morning breakfast was various, with a lot of options, from milk with cereals to pizza, scrambled eggs, all kinds of pastry products, freshly squeezed juice and a lot of options for any type of customer. The spa has a big pool, a relaxing jacuzzi and lots of other options. It's always cleaned and you have so many ways to relax and leave all the troubles behind.

Receptionists were very friendly. Nice room and very good breakfast. Perfect location.

This was my second time staying at this hotel with my family. The first time the lifts did not work at all and during my recent stay, only one lift was working but had to press the level button quite a few times before the door closed to go up.

Room was large and nicely appointed. Very comfortable bed. The room had a mini bar which we used as a fridge which was great. Lots of variety available at breakfast. Nice pool. Reception staff were helpful when I needed to buy a new suitcase.

Strange that there was no shower screen so as we didn't want to flood the floor we had to use the bath which was very narrow. Air con wasn't the best. The pool area would be better with some loungers instead of the benches. There was also loud music playing in the outdoor seating area near the pool and also at breakfast which you definitely don't need. Some nice background music would be much better.

Spa, breakfast and location!!! The spa is amazing (a pool and a Jacuzzi with an offer of massage for extra fee (absolutely worth each penny)) and what is extra pleasant it is also immaculately clean. Breakfast is superb, such a great variety of options. The location is on one of Sinaia central streets. Bathrobes and slippers were also provided which are of the good use for the spa.

Probably, due to the age of building, there is a problem with ventilation - if you close the window it very soon becomes hot. There is an AC but not everyone is ready to sleep under the AC all night. Just for those who are sensitive to this sort of issues. Another little and very girly thing - no mirror close to the window with natural light. It is a problem when you are trying to put the make up on. The one in the bathroom is vertical and the light is not natural, the one in the room is far from window. I know I am being picky, it is not even a problem - just the ladies might want to bring their own little mirror.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. There is a parking spot, which was super convenient. The bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was enough to start the day. It’s also kids-friendly, which we really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Please fix the elevator door, it can injure somebody!

Excellent location, very close to the center and anything you need. Cleanliness everywhere, easy free of charge parking and very very good breakfast options Very satisfied with the pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna services. The hotel is a recommended option for relaxing and enjoying anything you need!

My comment isn't connected to the Hotel: No quiet law in Romania and that means that everyone in his property can do anything he wants anytime of the day. I am commenting about a neighbor that he was screwing and drilling during the relaxing hours.( In a civilized community) !

The breakfast was really good, really varied, however there weren't many vegan options since fasting season has begun and that was a bit of a shame. The room itself was about average sized nothing huge nor small, yet clean and comfy. The pool area was nice, there was a jacuzzi, 2 small sauna rooms and a salt therapy room. The water was really warm and it was just what we needed after a walk around town. We always found a parking spot.

The staff overall were nice, however some of them not so much. There was a constant running water noise coming from the piping system I think in the room that was especially irritating at night, so much so that we woke up at 3 am in the morning at one point.

Breakfast and the restaurant , very good food in the restaurant.

The hotel is too expensive even in October.in fact is 3 star hotel without a large parking place., quite cold in the rooms, poor air conditioned system .
