The villa is situated in the quiet residential part of Sinaia a few mins walk down to the center where you find all restaurants, shops. The walk is steep and includes some good amount of stairs so not perfectly suitable if you have mobility issues. The rooms are large, clean and properly equipped (minibar, hair dryer, towles, kettle). We had amazing mountain view from our closed balconies. Next to the villa there is one Hungarian restaurant (decent food and prices). The great breakfast was a nice addition especially when good weather and can be served on the terrace. The staff are really nice, kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

All was perfect

The view from our room was magnificent - majestic mountains all around, changing all the time. Wonderful sunsets and sunrises. Mr. Bogdan, the owner, is a very kind, attentive, helpful and gracious host and the ladies are very sweet as well, we loved them. The villa is beautiful, situated at a quiet spot, clean, full of historical charm. Our room was spacious and clean and when we asked for an extra blanket, it was provided promptly and as a matter of course (a nice surprise, we had problems with that in another hotel). Anything we needed, advice, maps, directions, Mr. Bogdan always kindly provided it. He also kindly arranged for an airport transfer for us and the driver was sweet and reliable. Suffice to say, we loved our stay and we are hoping to come back soon:-)

A beautiful, well-kept house that preserves the history of the era and the owners' family. The romantic exterior and interior of the building create a mood for the entire stay. A quiet area with beautiful views. Very convenient location: right in front of the building there is a staircase leading to the city center, and moving up the street you can reach Peles Castle in 10-15 minutes. The two bedroom suite allowed, сosy, clean and with excellent soundproofing it provided a wonderful holiday for my wife and I and our two ten year old grandchildrens. Delicious, filling breakfasts. Special thanks to the owners and staff of the hotel for their care and attention.

A very small refrigerator, which also had a habit of switching off completely without warning. Therefore, as a storage unit, it could be treated very conditionally.

Nice room, very clean and well preserved facility, very quiet location. Excellent breakfast. Bogdan the owner very knowledgable and supportive. The location a bit far from the village center, but we picked it deliberately because we preferred quietness over hustle and bustle.

There are stairs to reach the room floor from the street, so it might be challenging if one has a lot of luggage. Anyhow Bogdan assisted us, so there was no issue for us.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They told us the very interesting history of the place. Very nice architecture, comfortable room and everything was very clean. Nice view from the terrace. It is a cosy place to stay in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. Breakfast was good. Fresh food and fresh fruit joice (I really prefer to have fewer options of food, but to be tasty; and the fresh juice of orange or apple that they made was a nice thing to have in the morning; )

There was nothing I didn't like. Next time we will go we want to have a room with the view from the front side of the house - to watch the city from above (because ours was on the other part, where we found availability).

Very nice villa in an excellent location with good access to both the town centre and the mountains. Clean, relatively spacious room with nice bathroom. Maria, the lady who serves breafast was lovely and really took care of us.

When taking passort details upon arrival, the owner, Bogdan, made a loaded "because you guys voted for Brexit" comment, which seemed slightly uncalled for...

The staff are very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy and the facilities were more than perfect. Breakfast enough to keep us happy until the afternoon on a full ski day

Good location, astonishing view. Clean and fresh. There was a wonderful terrace in front and at the back of the villa, super friendly staff. We were late for the breakfast and the ladies kindly brought it to our room. The breakfast was delicious. There is a Hungarian restaurant near the villa, which solved the issue of the dinner out.

Everything was great, exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely come back to Arizto.

Well renovated historical villa, very large room, good quality bedsheets, pretty good matress, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Location is a short walk from the center, shortcut trough some stairs.

The heating was a bit problematic, first it was a bit chilly, the radiators were just lukewarm. We talked to the housekeeper, then the radiators went full power on and the room ended up by being a bit too hot. :) Darkness in the room was not the best, as one of the windows did not have a shade. Dogs were barking in vicinity.

The owner was very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely sitting area in the suite which was great for relaxing. It's a really nice, well restored house.
