Very nice villa

It was noboby at the reception when we arrived. We had to wait around 20 min to come after we called many times.

Size of the room was fine, elevator is a plus as the building has four floors. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.

Reception staff was not very responsive. The bar in the villa’s lobby is a joke, wanted a coke zero, no zero, just coke, wanted a glass of wine, no wine, just the glass… The reception staff and the services are not proper and definitely need improvement. Bad smell in the bathroom and had to keep the window open all the time. For from the city center, not suitable for elderly people if they don’t have a car.

What did I like? Virtually, everything. One of the best travel experience I've ever had. Location is excellent, very close to Peleș Castle and the cable. Clean, spacious, quiet, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Free parking, with a lot of parking spots. Very well heated in the winter, very good breakfast variety.

I feel like we had the best room in the place! Top floor, gorgeous view. The bath was nice. The family enjoyed Apple TV. The front desk was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not super impressive, but at least there were hot drinks and a couple of warm food items like eggs and toast. Wish the homemade blueberry coffeecake/cheesecake was also heated...Wish we knew more about the massage option. And unfortunately the dinner recommendations didn't work out--one was closed while the other was meh.

10/10! It was my first and definitely not the last time staying here. I stayed in the Double Deluxe room, which was priced for a single person instead of 2 at the time of my booking, as an offer. I took it and was pleasantly surprised. The reception service is excellent - very kind and knowledgeable staff. The room itself was lovely for the 2 day stay. The shower had a good size, room was warm and tv worked well. There is also a minibar there in case you want to stock up on water and soft drinks. Very clean and neat hotel. The breakfast hours are good, and the location is advantageous for those who come for skiing and only a couple of minutes away from the city centre.

The location is very nice as it is in the forest. It is not that far from the center, but we used a car to go there. The breakfast was standard and basic, but they did a good coffee and were nice. The rooms are big, nice and comfortable. There were enough parking slots.

The bed was not made, and we are not sure that the towels were changed after the cleaning staff visit our room. The trash from the bin was also not fully cleaned. There is no restaurant, so you will always need to go out for having dinner. I am not really sure how it can be 5 stars, without a restaurant, SPA, and with the basic breakfast that they have.

Very friendly staff, location ok, nice bar & terrace area which also served as breakfast area. Room and facilities ok, as one should expect at a 5* Villa. OK continental breakfast, but regular, not exceptional, as it was described in some comments.

The pillows were very unconformable. Cheap material. Duvet also made of cheap material and too thin, didn't keep warm. The first night we were cold. An extra duvet in the closet would have been ok. Second night we asked for an extra duvet but the temperature in the room was too high this time. We woke up over night to open an window. Even though the room and services were very ok, we didn't sleep well because of the reasons above. We left feeling pretty tired... Not how I would have expected after a mini vacation... 😞 Also, the garden gnomes and the figurines on the mantel were pretty tacky for me, not what I would have expected to see at a 5* Villa, but I guess this just depends on personal taste. 😅

Very good breakfast (open buffet) in a cosy hall. Parking area is available next to hotel. Building has an elevator. Located in a quite and isolated place and good for rest. Very nice room, with all required facilities. Hotel is located a bit on the distance from the city center, on the hill. So if you plan to spend time on the center - you may need to walk a while or take a taxi.

quiet area of Sinaia, no traffic around the villa, not far away from city centre -15~20 mins by foot. the location was ready for winter holidays. lobby area was comfy, breakfast was all you need in the morning.

the room 401 ( last level) didn’t had a sun shade on the velux window and it was annoying in the morning as all the light was coming in the room. had to use air conditioning to heat the room, even the thermostat was in the room, the heaters were always cold.

Great location up in the forest. Excellent breakfast, and the staff was very friendly. The reception area is nicely decorated.

There was a strong mold smell in the bathroom, coming from the shower area. Opening the window helped but had to keep it opened. Shower needs more attention, as the shower drainage should be replaced.
