Standard apartment equipped with everything you need for a family with toddler (we also had the baby bed we have requested when making the reservation). We were allowed to check in 30 minutes earlier as we have arrived before 15.00 and I really appreciated this.

Standard apartment needs a little refurbish. Hotel is situated on a hill and slightly far from city center and it is quite impossible to go with the baby-carriage to the center and back as there are narrow sidewalks or portions without any and really abrupt.

We had the family apartment which was very spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. It has equally a kitchen equipped with everything you need, especially if you’re traveling with small children and you want to prepare something for them. There is optional breakfast available and it is quite copious. The large terrace has a very nice view towards the valley and the mountains. The location is not that far from the city center - it’s about 4 minutes drive and about 25 minutes walking, so not bad. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. Some might say that the rooms are outdated but I would call it vintage furniture, which is a nice change of scenery as opposed to other hotels. The hotel has also free decent-sized parking. We had a good time and we would definitely come back again.

We loved the big and beautiful rooms, 2 bathrooms, amazing view from the balcony, very kind staff, well equipped kitchen

We had no welcome in the room when we arrived, no water, no fruit, no bottle of wine, no personal letter. There is no coffee and tea set in the room, if you want coffee then it is for a fee. Weak current in the shower. Soap and shampoo were not renewed for us during our stay. We were five people and the arrangement was 2 double beds and another sofa bed in the living room, do you expect a child to sleep alone in the living room? The hotel is good but at this price it is worth paying attention to all the details

Spacious apartment, clean, very friendly staff. The staff was able to get our apartment ready before the checkin time in order to get our toddler for his nap. Nice views from the balcony. We noticed too late that apparently we could have charged our e-car there.

The kitchen is a bit outdated. The plastic kettle was already too old and was giving a weird smell which is why we did not use it. The trash can in the cabinet was no longer working as it should. The apartment floor was quite cold, so bring slippers or warm socks. The heating season had no begun yet.

Wow. The family room is huge and nice. All the furniture is beautiful. The staff is fantastic, especially Ronil from Sri-Lanka who always keeps smiling. It's not in the center of town so it's quiet and there is always enough parking. They also recommended an excellent restaurant, Yuca, very close to the hotel, to which we went several times. I'd be glad to return there.

The elevator is small, but this hotel is so fantastic that who cares?

The staff is amazing, very warm greeting even at 11 in the night when we arrived. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room (no.1) is very spacious, warm and has everything - full size fridge, oven, dishwasher.

Ground floor rooms can be noisy. If you are not a morning person, ask for a room upstairs. Once people are up, you can hear everything from the hallway and the main road.

A nice, scenic place tucked away in the hills. Our room was a great size and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. It's quite rustic, perhaps even a bit outdated, but everything was very clean and well looked after.

The bathroom was quite small compared to the rest of the apartment. Plus, the shower was quite old with absolutely no curtain or anything similar, meaning the bathroom floor was often wet. Also, the hotel is close to the main town but not close enough that you feel in the thick of it.

Construction work started before 9 am at the floor above. It was extremely noisy, and we didn't get a fair warning about this when we checked in the hotel. If we had known, we wouldn't have stayed in the hotel.

Big and comfortable rooms with a specific historical charm from the wooden furniture. Fits well with the overall feeling of the place. Good kitchen with everything needed, including a fridge, an oven and even a washing machine. Two terraces with a quiet and relaxing view to the forest. Warm and helpful staff. Great breakfast - I would certainly recommend having it. Free parking with enough places. In terms of location, it is not far from the Peles castle.

The suite is so spacious and the balconies - with views of Sinaia - are a huge perk! Every staff member with whom we interacted was amazingly kind and helpful. The breakfast, served in room, was DELICIOUS and timely. Because we need a kitchen when we travel, we were grateful for the very clean and spacious kitchen that had all the cookware and dishes we needed.

We like everything about the property, but a small microwave would be useful in the kitchen.
