Nice location, comfy rooms, I will give 4 stars and not 3, but because the Restaurant is closed for some reasons the Hotel is rated accordingly.

I was asking for another cup of coffee soon after the breakfast time ended and the lady who was cleaning around the breakfast room was not so kind to push a button although the automatic coffee machine was ON and in proximity. As long as you have no other options around to get any drink of any kind and must walk for 30 minutes to find a coffee shop I was disturbed about her little gesture and lack of respect or initiative. Otherwise a pleasant stay, a really nice place in the middle of nature.

The staff: friendly and always helpful. The lobby: nice music, bar, best wine we ever had, fire place, board games and books. The room: jacuzzi and sauna in the St. Moritz room. Molton Brown soaps, shampoos, lotions. The outside restaurant: good food, music, swings and fresh air.

Overall, it didn't seem like 5 star hotel, maybe it was 10 years ago. Rooms could be updated. Carpets were stained. Balcony in St. Moritz room was filthy, outside table was dirty and sticky, you could see it wasn't cleaned in MONTHS. There were old soda cans underneath the boards of the balcony. The light sensor wasn't working on the stairway to the bathroom inside the room. There was NO light on the stairway outside the leading to the room. Staff had to use phone flashlight to guide us to it. We had to ask for the wifi password, although in the booklet we found in the room it said that no password was needed. It could of been written somewhere.

Everything was excellent! The location is truly elevated — both literally and in terms of experience. Beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and spacious, well-equipped rooms. We loved the starry sky wallpaper on the ceiling — a magical touch! The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable; we slept like a dream. High-quality Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom were a lovely surprise. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and always helpful. Bus stop, Peles Castle, and the gondola are all nearby. The room also had a kettle and a coffee machine, which made mornings even better. Highly recommend!

If I had to mention one minor improvement, it would be the glass barrier in the bathtub — some water splashes out during showers. But overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

We loved absolutely everything. The hotel is located in a quiet area, even though it’s near the road. You can hear birds singing and smell the forest — a perfect place for relaxation. The staff is very friendly and eager to help with anything. Everything we asked for additionally was provided without issue. The room was stunning, with excellent zoning. Everything is designed for maximum comfort. Also, importantly, the hotel has an elevator.

Just minor things that didn’t really affect our overall experience. For example, the water drained slowly in the bathroom. Also, during breakfast, although it was still within the serving time, sometimes there were no hot options like eggs left, and they weren’t replenished.

The hotel has a very cozy and warm feeling, the hosts are extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are large, well equipped (coffee machine, coffee pods and tea every day) very clean and comfortable. They offer filtered water at will, which a nice touch, we appreciated that. Bathrooms are also well equipped and super clean, great quality supplies and the absolute best bathroom towels ever. The location is simply perfect, especially if you plan to go skiing. They also have a dedicated ski room with boots warmers, bravo!

There are little details that can be improved (broken wallpaper here and there, doors that don't close well, unpleasant smell in the bathroom etc). Also, the wifi is very sketchy, most of the time is wasn't working at all. All in all, the value for the money is unbeatable, the small issues will probably be fixed in time.

Very cozy hotel, nice breakfast, quiet street, very close to the new gondola and the restaurant Taverna Sarbului. Super comfy beds and warm inside the room.

In the room we stayed (303) there was an issue in the shower. The button of the shower knob was blocked so you couldn't make the water warmer. It was warm enough for a quick shower, but not more. We reported it and they said they know about the issue, and that they will try to increase the temperature. But this didn't actually fix it. It was also during the christmas holidays so probably was difficult to find someone to fix the knob. They were responsive and tried their best, but the issue was not fixed.

The location was very convenient, after a day of visiting castle peles going up the mountain. We had the spa room and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a busy day. The lobby was comfortable and beautiful and we stayed there in the evening playing board games and having a some drinks at the bar. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they showed us to our room when we arrived and explained all the amenities. The value was excellent considering all that was offered and the views were beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

We did not have the breakfast because we had to blast off early, but it looked pretty standard. Our check in was LOVELY - the lady at the front desk was so wonderful and patient with us! We all tried to remember her name but of course can't since it was weeks ago. But she was so great, and we loved her! The property is gorgeous and in such a great part of town. It was easy to park and then walk to Peles/Pelisor Castles and experience some of the lovely restaurants in the area while wandering around during the day. At night, due to the bears, they highly recommend taking a taxi (which is fine with me!) which they called for us. The common room at this property is fun with a bar, fireplace, and a large library with all kinds of books and games. We so enjoyed our short stay here and wish we'd had more time in Sinaia!

The pictures of the unit we booked had three beds, but we ended up with a unit that had two beds. It happened a couple of times on our trip - we think people assumed it was two couples, but we were one couple and two single people. It was just one night, and I was honestly too jet lagged and tired to worry about it, so I just slept on the couch. Confirmed with the listing we had three beds listed, so we were a little confused. This did not detract from our stay, however!

Nice location, very friendly staff, always greeting us with a smile and willing to help up in any way, excellent breakfast, nice rooms, great Spa area included in our apartament with the jacuzzi tub and the sauna. We appreciated the stairs in the apartament because they didn’t make any noise. Also, the room was ready very fast upon our arrival.

Some minor changes to the rooms, some carpets were stained, and the cleaning staff had unusual hours to clean the room ( 1pm-3pm) which were hours when our 3y old had his nap.

I was like the room ,bed ,breakfast even for us who don't eat pork it's a little bit hard .The front desk is so nice . Thanks so much we really enjoyed our holiday. We will be back here if the price will not be so high

The towel didn't change in the 4 days and no cshe didn't clean the room.In the last day zacusca I tried it was not good at all like the previous days
