Spa facilities, breakfast, large barhrooms, very clean

The spa usage by guests. They don t follow hygene rules, don t shower when using the pool or after using the sauna, they get loud and noisy, jump in the pools. The hotel staff shall reinforce rules and decency in using a spa and shall forbid usage if rules are not respected. This is a spa not a kids playgound nor an olympic swimmingpool and specific hygene and noise are imporant in such places to show respect towards guests that traveled for relaxing.

Spacious room with delightful balcony.

Not the best location for elderly couple without a car. Steps and uphill/downhill walking to town centre. Taxis required for movement.

Very nice place! Wonderful restaurant. The room was clean and the terace was large and with beautiful flowers. We are planning to come back!

Amazing staff, great view, clean room

Hotel is located around 15 minutes walking distance from the city center. Check-in/out is self-service - you receive an access code. The room is spacious and very clean, with cozy lighting and a lot of storage spaces. Bed is very comfortable with quality linens. The corner balcony facing the tall conifers creates a private atmosphere.

A downside would be the parking as there are only 5-6 spots available in front of the hotel.

Rooms are spacious, nice TV, everything clean and neat. Restaurant is fabulous, great collections on the wall, and a amazing piece of ancient marble exposed. Staff is very friendly and proffesional. Food is great and selection of wines is very good.

Parking provides only 7 spots in front of the hotel, the rest of cars should park on the side of the road.

Our family stayed in the top floor apartment and the kids loved the attic turned into a kids room. The place was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Iulia provided us with a spot-on support via chat so we got every bit of information we needed. The only downside is for those looking to leave their car and get to the center by walk - the hotel is on a hill and not too close to the pedestrian area.

Absolutely love it. A matvh made in heaven!☺️The view was amazing. The room was so so clean. The staff was careful with us, they put water and something sweet in the room. The bed was very comfortable.

I will say that the shower was a little bit unconfortable just because of the dimensions and because of the drain that can easily become clogged. First af all I thought I did something wrong but it wasn't my fault.

The location, food, restaurant, and outdoor location were amazing. The view from the 4th floor duplex was brilliant 👏

The lack of staff was a little bit annoying as we were unfortunate to have no water for one whole morning and no one to talk about. The shower cabin was overflowing, and again, no one to tell,but overall, a lovely experience.

No make up mirror in the bathroom. Access to the property after 10 pm was difficult because was no staff and no one picking up the phone. I received only an entrance code and no instruction about the keyboard, which in the dark and cold and without glasses was difficult to find.
