Amazing staff, great view, clean room

Rooms are spacious, nice TV, everything clean and neat. Restaurant is fabulous, great collections on the wall, and a amazing piece of ancient marble exposed. Staff is very friendly and proffesional. Food is great and selection of wines is very good.

Parking provides only 7 spots in front of the hotel, the rest of cars should park on the side of the road.

Our family stayed in the top floor apartment and the kids loved the attic turned into a kids room. The place was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Iulia provided us with a spot-on support via chat so we got every bit of information we needed. The only downside is for those looking to leave their car and get to the center by walk - the hotel is on a hill and not too close to the pedestrian area.

Absolutely love it. A matvh made in heaven!☺️The view was amazing. The room was so so clean. The staff was careful with us, they put water and something sweet in the room. The bed was very comfortable.

I will say that the shower was a little bit unconfortable just because of the dimensions and because of the drain that can easily become clogged. First af all I thought I did something wrong but it wasn't my fault.

No make up mirror in the bathroom. Access to the property after 10 pm was difficult because was no staff and no one picking up the phone. I received only an entrance code and no instruction about the keyboard, which in the dark and cold and without glasses was difficult to find.

I love the garden, it's quiet, relaxing and the air is pure. The room was great, has everything you need. The eating area is genuenly amazing, you can feel the attention to detail and the effort the put in making the experience as close to perfection as possible. Food was great, not exeptional, but comforting. The staff on the other hand was, exceptional.

The shower is not the best, water comes extremely hot or cold and the sound isolation through the doors is not good enough to stop any kind of conversation from being heard from the other rooms.

The Building have a perfect position and it is quite in the night. The room was big and comfortable. The restaurant was really good and the breakfast well assorted. Staff in the restaurant kind and professional.

The suite has the second room in a mansarda accessible only by a very dangerous stairs. Bathroom was really small and uncomfortable.

Great location, 10 minutes from the center and on the way to gondola and quiet around the hotel. The hotel staff are very kind. Small parking area but no problem to park on the street. The rooms are clean with large terraces, beautiful garden views. The garden of the restaurant is beautiful and very delicious.

The room was above the kitchen and sometimes you can smell the food when you sit on the balcony.

Location, big balcony, beautiful view (3rd floor) , we had the toiletris from Rituals ( shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap) , bath robe and slippers. You have the option for breakfast for 50lei/person. We haven t had the breakfast there but it s a good value for money

Great location, very quiet -15 min walk to the center. But, from the center to the hotel you need to go up the slope so if you are not in great condition I recommend public transport or taxy/ ride sharing. Very polite and helpfull staff. The garden is simply amazing. Very good restaurant on premises. Will definelty stay here again- in fact this was my second stay at the hotel.
