The hotel is located in a very good area, close to the center. The room was very clean and well equipped, very comfy bed, the breakfast was good and the staff was very professional and nice to us!

The jacuzzi and sauna they had in the hotel wasnt included apparently and it was 200 lei for person

We've been using this hotel a few time in the last few years for short stays in Brasov. It has excellent links to the city centre (Old Town). The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. TV has programmes in foreign languages as well as Romanian. Everybody is extremely nice, welcoming and polite. There is a breakfast provided, which was well stocked with hot food as well as a selction of fruit and cereals.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast offered options even for a plant based eater like me. The staff was polite and very efficient. They even helped me to recover a small clothing item I left behind (a scarf).

One thing I would improve is for sure the water pressure in the shower. My suite was at fifth floor. Maybe at lower levels this issue doesn't exist.

The receptionist, if I’m not mistaken Daniel 🌹, what an amazing and exceptional character. This said wishing him along with the rest of staff God blessings and prosperity 💫✨

THE CAR PARKING ! Ukrainian plate mini van touched the front of my car :-( The gym needs an upgrade badly 💣

The room was big and clean. The breakfast was good and the people we interacted with were very polite and very kind.

The room was for two people but we got only a pair of slippers and one shower cap. The soap was of a poor quality. We expected more at this chapter, because it is about four stars.

The staff was very kind and helped us with everything that we needed, the room was very clean and comfortable, food was 10/10 nothing bad to say about it. The view is nice if you get to stay at the road side, I would definitely come again.

It is a nice hotel. Staff friendly, good Internet connection, very reach breakfast, confortabil bed and confortabil carpet, full fridge with a lot of selection. The room it was big, and nice. I love that they had ear cotton stick. Nice lovely and warm night gown. Maybe the light could be stronger. In rest everything OK.

The bathroom it was clean, the mirror without stain and the shower very clean ,but I have found some hair on the floor that it was not mine, some dust on tea plate..., and the remote control for air conditioner it was wrapped with tape....unexpected..., and there is no coffee, black tea and milk in the room. In rest everything it was OK.

Room was huge, very nicely designed and comfortable. Bathroom was great and shower was OK. Gym was small but workable. Location was comfortable for trips to the south of Brasov.

Sauna/spa was prohibitively expensive - 120 lei per room for 1 hour!! Might as well say there's no spa at all at this ridiculous price.

The spa with sauna and whirlpool was nice. sIt costs an extra of 120 lei but it was worth it after a long trip in the car to enjoy the evening.

The breakfast and coffee was not good. So i would recommend sleeping there but i would not purchase a breakfast. It was extremely hot in the room even though it was mid may and the temperature was perfect outside.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, polite and well prepared, it was a pleasure to be welcomed by them. The room was quiet, there was a large Philips TV in the room which was very, very nice. The price of the room was ok. I liked the breakfast, simple but exactly what I needed.

The bathroom could have been washed and cleaned better. There was a bit of smell. Also, during the night, at 4 AM or so it was very cold, I woke up because of this and had a little headache. Other than this, everything was ok.
