The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area.

The extra bed for my 11-year-old child was very uncomfortable, making it difficult for them to sleep well. The pillows were feather-filled, which could be an issue for those with allergies. Additionally, the radiator in the bathroom was cold, and the water drained very slowly in the shower, which was inconvenient.

Loved the quiet terrace and the staff very friendly and helpful. Let us take over kitchen to make our own coffee every morning.

Location to old town. But 1 bus stop very close took us there

Had a very nice reception. After 3 days hiking in the mountains helped me ordering food in & even got my clothes washed late evening. Very authentic friendliness also upon Check-out :-) PS: Thank you for the free Morning coffee

Very courteous owner and staff. Location is great. It is not v far from the city centre and the train station (10 mins each). Owner goes the extra mile to facilitate.
