We found the hotel and parking quite easily. About a 15 minute walk to the Black Church, main square, and lots of restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions, printing documents, etc. Very good breakfast. Breakfast room is located on top floor with great views.

The hotel had rented a top floor room to a reunion party. They played loud music until midnight. In our 2nd floor rooms we could hear the base booming and it was not pleasant. We were warned in advance of this party (mistakenly called a wedding) so we could cancel and find another hotel, but chose to stay. Parking - either on the street or small walled parking lot on site. Free, but a tight squeeze.

Great location. Short walk to town center. Our family suite was excellent. Wifi was excellent and reliable. Breakfast was very good. We had a rental car, and the hotel had sufficient place to park it. Basically, once you are at the hotel, you can walk to all the local attractions. You would need a car for castles etc. Room was very comfortable. Nice balcony to use, although it was too cold when we were there. Great facility. Nice cozy bar area. The only downside is that they don't have an on-site restaurant, but it's not a big deal as old town is just a few minutes walk. Good hotel for short or even longer stay.

I liked that there was enough room for the whole family. They were very nice and changed the room due to the bed not being big enough for all 3 of us. I end up sleeping on the Sofa in the family suite.The location was nice, walking distance from Black Church and shopping street. The breakfast was really good.We forgot something in the room and they were very nice to send it to my address.

I didnt like that there was no restaurant at the location , only breakfast. The pillows could have been better although i have been last year in a 4 Star Hotel in central Europe highly rated and the pillows were also bad quality.

Located just a short stroll from the main square and with around 20 free parking spots in front and at the side of the hotel, this is an excellent choice. Very clean modern hotel with large rooms including separate bedroom with terrace and a large sitting area with a couch, chairs and a table. There is a safe in the wardrobe for valuables. Bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water, a/c was excellent and wifi good. Bed was extremely comfortable with good linens and towels and toiletries were excellent. Breakfast was varied with plenty of hot and cold options and plenty of good coffee. Fresh fruit salad, eggs three ways, bacon, ham, cold meats, cheeses, vegetables, etc. A very good variety and since it's on the 5th floor there are good views over part of the town. Finally, but importantly, all the staff I dealt with were cheerful, friendly, very helpful and spoke very good English. One last tip is that there is an excellent, although expensive laundry service outside the nearby shopping centre at the side nearest to the hotel.

it is situated on a steep hill, which may not be convenient for older visitors or those with mobility issues. In addition, the parking area does not provide direct access to the lobby. To reach the elevators, you’ll need to go up a considerable number of stairs, so keep this in mind if you are arriving with heavy luggage.

Good choice at breakfast good choice very fresh. Good sized room. Free parking off the road. Balcony as nice in the room. Cleaning staff efficient and quick but bathrooms have Ben more thorough.

Stairs are a hassle with bags. 17 steps from reception to the lift! Stairs up to the breakfast room from floor 5. Some reception staff were very cold and unhelpful.

The location of the hotel is great: away from business in the central square of Brasov but only a 10 min walk from the square. We liked our room, it was nice and spacious. I especially liked the nice "library" lobby where we could relax with a book and a coffee. The breakfast was excellent, including some traditional Romanian treats. Also plus points for the great view of the city from the breakfast room.

We were there in the winter and our room was a bit on the warm side; even after setting the air conditioning to a lower temperature it didn't really cool down.

If you are going to Brasov, I strongly recommend either picking this hotel without wasting any more time, or at least giving it serious consideration. It was considerably better than two other 4 star hotels I visited in Romania, both which cost more. Everything was good about it. The room was perfectly modernised with everything working properly. It’s one of very few hotels I have ever stayed in where I not curse the dim lighting, and actually felt it was a pleasure to be in. The staff were excellent including the friendly waiter at their really excellent breakfast which included (oh the joy!) perfectly fresh croissants, as well as cakes much better than my 4 star hotels offered, and hot dishes much better than the 4 star hotels offered. The chef was constantly popping out of the kitchen in a way that suggested he actually took a pride in the breakfast, which he had every right to do. I’ll also give special mention to the check-in. This was the quickest, friendliest check-in I think I have ever experienced. It is not obvious from the map but the location is superb. It’s a very short walk to the centre and includes free parking. One small note – there are a few stairs to get to the lift. If you are disabled, check with the hotel first if they can manage your needs. The team here takes a pride in their hotel and I wish them a happy and prosperous future. I will tell my friends to choose it if they pass this way.

Everything was ok from A till Z. Theyare all ready for you if you need something or if you have questions. day and night! rooms are nice and clean employees are all friendly and respectful! at one point I really asked them a lot because I had an operation and they all spoke to me politely but also in terms of help if I needed something. if I ever come to Brasov again I will definitely choose this hotel ❤️

I found parking the 1st day and after that I didn’t, I had to park hundred of meters away. I would have liked to see before booking that parking is limited not to find out after the fact. I would not pick this hotel again because of the misleading advertising regarding parking- plus it’s not in the old town is very close to the old city. Another challenge was the WiFi- I wasn’t able to get connected within my room, I got only connected at the breakfast area.
