next to afi braşov mall, nice location in a calm and quiet street the hotel was clean in general staff is friendly room comfortable and clean rooms are clean but a bit outdated TV looks small and old breakfast is hearty but not buffet parking space is insufficient can fit 5 cars.

We stayed in April. it was cold at night and we couldn't heat the room Free complimentary water is not provided in the room. There is only shampoo in the bathroom. No conditioner or shower gel.

I stayed only one night. Good location, large and well-equipped rooms, exemplary cleanliness. Own parking which can be a bit small if all the rooms are occupied. The staff is very kind and customer oriented. The breakfast in its own way is varied (as is the composition), quantitatively all together is much more than what you need for breakfast, but being in the form of 4 preset menus it is a bit disturbing that you cannot choose what you want and how much you want from they.

Apart from that aspect with the breakfast, nothing major to complain about.

Before leaving we explained that there were no complementary water bottles in the room when we arrived, we took the ones from the minibar, thinking that those were the ones, it appeared that the receptionist understood, but still made us pay for the bottles.

- very good location just between train station and old town - very good facilities - rooms are large, bathroom also, with good conditions (clean, cosy, hot water, heating, all you may need) - breakfast is ok, good variety of food

- it didn't affect us (we arrived by train) but the parking is a little bit problematic in there (few parking places in the courtyard), but you have options in the public parking on the street.

The breakfast should be open at 7.30 but was complete only at 7.50. We only have been the only guest at that moment but hat to leave at 8.00 This was a little detail.

The cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Everything was sparkling clean up to every detail. The rooms are spacious and 100% functional. The staff is very professional and friendly, can discuss about any needs and requirements. They ensure your comfort and are very welcoming. The price is a bit too high for a regular hotel, it does not include any other benefits except for the room and breakfast. Breakfast was pre-established, but you can choose from 4 types of meals. The meals do not vary too much and there is no vegan or non-alergic option. But giving the fact that it was an off-season stay, I can understand the limitation in food options. This was just a small detail compared to how amazing this stay was, and I will definitely recommend it to others as well.

The pictures on the website accurately represent the property; if you are OK with what you see and the price, then it's all good, with no surprises (e.g., no weird smells, good shower pressure, you can open the window, warm in winter, etc.). Subjectively, the relatively high ceiling made the room feel spacious. The room was clean, and so was the bathroom. The people are welcoming; we thank everyone. In particular, the front desk gentleman was exceptionally kind and accommodating with us; thank you, sir! Parking exists but is limited, so you may have to street park, which may not be straightforward; however, unlike in other parts of the town, street parking is at least possible. The adjacent shopping mall has many fast food and grocery options, and a taxi rank in front of it. The old town is a 20-25 min walk.

Hotel a great base to explore Brasov. Room was clean and had what needed. Staff really looked after us, were helpful and answered all the questions we had. Breakfast was brilliant and filling.

From the moment we arrived (we checked in quite late at night) we were very well taken care of. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was a very decent size with great amenities and a huge bed. The breakfast service was efficient and the food was of a very high standard.

Good breakfast, the offer was interesting. Staff were very polite and friendly, helpful with information and assistance.

Perhaps using bread and other food from frozen is not a great idea. Also, the variety of 4 menus was in fact a variation of the same menu, with little difference. More imagination may help?
