You get the most for your buck with this hotel! Nice staff, the receptionist with moustache had a very friendly vibe, such a sweethart! We liked the spa very much except for turkish sauna which had a weird smell, but we just didn't use this one. Room had one of the best mattreses we ever slept on and you had a lot of options to choose from from breakfast! Overall a very pleasant stay. Nice job Lux Divina!

It is located on the end of Brasov, but for that kind of hotel in the old town you would pay around 50€ more, so keep that in mind. Although the public transportation is efficient, so not a huge disadvantage.

Staff was nice,hotel was nice but:I booked a room with minibar including in the price but when i wanted to checkout 🙄 😒 I was ask if I use something from the minibar,well I use something because it's says included in the price..I need to pay after again 35 euros just for 2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of beer,2 chocolate and 2 cans of cola..That was a little bit expensive

The facilities were very good, good quality, nice and friendly stuff. The spa is very nice, 2 sauna rooms, one saline room, jacuzzi and places for relaxing. Also the room was modern, variety and good food for the breakfast. Silent area also and close to one shopping mall.

Breakfast buffet was great Saunas were awesome(dry + wet) Jacuzzi was ok, a little small , max around 5ppl

Great sauna and jacuzzi. Very nice reception personel, especially the one working in the evening / night shift. Very good breakfast and variety of dishes to select for eating.

Some extra square meters, or extra shelves for clothes in the appartment could help to achieve even better comfort.

Very polite staff, it was clean and comfortable, and we felt very welcome. The breakfast was amazing, and the spa was a great plus.

The staff was great, the hotel furniture was looking like new and the room looked in good condition. Breakfast was good. We were greeted by 2 chocolates left next to the bed. It is 5 minutes walking distance from a shopping center, so that is a bonus.

It showed up in filters that it could fit 2 adults and a 5 yo child, but that is really a rather subjective evaluation. We were missing a bit of space in bed, but we managed it. However the towels were for only 2 people, so we were missing a set for the kid.

Nice hotel, nice rooms

No restaurant in the hotel for lunch/ dinner. Spa center is working only after 1 PM. The bathroom was wet - water was running from the shower and there is no siphon in the bathroom to drain

The room was beautiful and clean, the staff was nice, breakfast was ok

The bathroom had a smell, and water from shower went all over the bathroom floor

Fantastic place to stay. We had SPA included. Room and everything was cery clean. English speaking staff was very helpful and kind. Like, really kind and helpful. Amazing place to stay for this price. Also parking is free of charge etc.
