Staff: First night, my luggage didn't arrive from half a world away. Michael met me at door in the evening, set me up in room, Next morning he calls me an uber to get to airport to get my luggage. Location: Secure. Gated. Didn't have a car, but felt nice to walk into electro magnetic gate and being greeted by two black security cats who have been there as long as Michael, so I felt very safe. Room: I got the Big One for 5 days. I am glad I did. Bathroom was spacious. Love the Tub. Bed was hospital-like super soft but firm for my ancient back. Kitchen area was lovely. Balcony was lovely. Outside the room: There was an area for communal kitchen with full size fridge and stove and seating for families or friends. Wow, so nice. Area: Sector 2. a few minutes away, you can hit buses, trains, etc to go anywhere you need. I personally walked to Old Town in under 40 minutes in 32 degree heat. not bad in the evening.500 m to 700 m away is a huge open area market to buy fruits , vegtables, meats etc for anything you need to cook or supply yourself with. I left this place a week ago and already miss it because it felt like 'home'. It will be the last place I stay before going back to Canada.

Michael was able to run down the stairs and back up the stairs on the '3rd' floor when I asked him if had a pen I could borrow... He did it in under a minute. Seriously, there is nothing Michael wouldn't do to help me out. I can only imagine this extends to all guest in his care. I didn't like this because he was faster than me. I find stairs tough nowadays but enjoyed the cardio. If you have trouble with stairs, this would be my only 'head's up".

I had a very good experience! Thank you! My plans changed and however I arrived much earlier( early morning ) I was let to stay in . Rooms are very clean and it’s quiet. The location is very comfortable. 6 minutes walking till veranda Mall . And you have shops and places to eat nearby. The staff was very polite and friendly ! Very nice people! I definitely recommend this place!

This was by far the best inexpensive accommodation that I ever had in Bucharest. A very large room with a separate dressing, a very large and comfortable bed. Close (10 minutes on foot) to a metro station. Safe and pleasant middle class neighborhood. Excellent Wi-Fi, plenty of hot water, no noise from inside the building. The room is well furnished with a dedicated working space, a comfortable sofa, several chairs. It opens on a nice, likewise furnished balcony. The lightning is very good. The guests can freely use a very well-equipped kitchen. My 4-nights stay has been very comfortable and relaxing. Outstanding has been the communication with the host, almost exclusively by texts. I always got almost instantaneously cordial, precise answers in magnificent English. The kindness, generosity, flexibility of the host deserve particular mention. My plane got seriously delayed. I was nonetheless graciously greeted at 3 o'clock in the morning. I could leave my luggage in a safe place until leaving in the afternoon. Etc., etc.

A couple of additional towels would have been useful. There was some street noise, sufficiently to be noticeable. Nothing, however, that could not be expected in the center of a large city.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious, large firm bed - a dream!! Kettle and fridge in the room. Air con available. Shared kitchen with everything you can possibly need. Wonderful bathroom with enormous tub, good lighting and nice shower. A balcony for smokers. 2 min walk from a fantastic restaurant serving Romanian food. Supermarket half a block away - 5 min walk. Trams and buses few minutes walk away. Excellent location. Slept well at night. Highly recommend this accommodation. Television with a plethora of channels, many english news and entertainment channels to choose from as well.

Nothing really. We got more than what we expected. Our room was on the third floor. There is no lift, so if you cannot climb the stairs then this could be a problem. But we loved the extra exercise.

1. The host lady is extremely friendly and helpful, very quick and operatice respond to messages and calls, she manages the priority in a great level. 2. Great location with convenient public transportation. The metro station Obor 10 mins away, tram/bus stations are also near the facility. 3. The room is clean and comfortable with a big bright washroom, there is a small refrigerator inside the room and a big one in the kitchen. 4. In general, I will definitely stay here again next time when I visit Bucharest.

Located next to metro station and not so far from the old town Hospitable host Even though it was cold outside, it was warm in the room.

Clean cozy appartement with comfortable bed, separate kitchen this all needed stuff. Location is closer to the center, about 20 minutes on Metro to Old Town. Very friendly householder, easy check in and check out.
