It was clean and nice rooms good size. Nice temperature. WiFi was good.

Very loud people in other rooms, keep waking me up during night. Second night there were some fireworks just in front of the hotel around midnight. Why? I don’t have a clue. But second night was not good for sleep. They don’t clean the room in between stays, and the cleaning lady was very loud on her phone on speaker, quite early in the day. You could see a duvet in the cupboard that was very used. They could do with nice fluffy duvets. The duvet was left for me to put in the cover I guess as the cover was on the bed and the duvet in the cupboard. But i didn’t need it as it was warm enough. Anyway that didn’t look good.

The hotel is in a very good location, just off a main road. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a metro stop, all within a short walk from the hotel. The stairs are wide and easy to climb and descend. The wifi worked very well, and I was able to do my work well. The bathroom, while a bit tiny, was quite adequate, with warm and cold water, a good shower and clean linen.

The hotel has balconies on every floor, and theoretically, one could sit there in the morning or evening to have some fresh air, but in practice, the balconies were used by smokers. I guess this is a general problem in Romania. The staff did their job, but beyond that, were not very helpful with local information or any other help. I asked 2 different staff at the reception for help on 2 occasions, and neither was helpful.

I really appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and how kind and respectable the cleaning staff was. Hotel implements sustainable practices, the neighbourhood is safe and pleasant, there are shops and restaurants around and convenient public transportation. The staff of the hotel was also very nice.

The hotel is located next to the student houses, which I haven't checked upfront. You may want to have it in mind, especially while staying over weekends that it may get noisy late at night. Not the hotel's fault though.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room and hotel spotless re cleanliness. Close to Arena Nationala, reason why I selected it. If you opted for breakfast, there was a good variety of options to select. Minibar was stocked.

I liked that it was quiet and we slept well. I liked also the breakfast, Plus, the personnel was nice, they helped us to prepare tea whenever we wanted. I wanted to find a nice little hotel in this city and, to be honest, this is the option that fits me the best so far. So, if I go again to Bucharest, I'll be sleeping again at the Citadella :)

Well, it would be great if in the future they could create their own parking of course; luckily we managed to find every day a good spot to park near the hotel.

Clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. On the foot away from national stadium. There are many public transport on suitable distance

The furniture is basic.I think it is former campus hostage. The hotel is on the middle of residential area - nothing’s interesting for the guest of the town

The hotel is a hotel, it's clean. The food is good, also. In general the staff was friendly.

What I didn't like was the place itself - the unfinished construction next door. The guy at the front desk was either new or couldn't handle it quickly and expeditiously.

Very clean hotel, great location and 24/7 reception. We checked in @ 01:00AM.

The windows insulation could be much much beter. We hoy walked up early morning, by the trafic on the street. Parking spots are limited, however we managed to find free parking on the street just across the hotel entrance.

The room was clean and spacious enough. Every floor has a lovely balcony which is easy to reach. The staff members were very friendly as well :)

The fact that with every shower, the bathroom would get flooded as there was no shower curtain.

The room was clean and functional. Bathroom was well appointed albeit a little small. It was near local transport network

The staff were a little unfriendly but not unpleasant.
