A stunning building with excellent staff. Edwin was particularly kind and helpful. The food was fantastic.

This is really a palace with luxurious royal vibes and wonderful service. There is an amazing exceptional restaurant with fine food where you can enjoy dinner and have eggs Benedict for breakfast. There is also a spa, a little gym and even a chapel inside. The personnel is very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommend, I think it’s the best place to stay in Bucharest for this value. If you have an option, ask for the room in the colors which you prefer. I liked the tender beige one more

Suter Palace is definitely something to be experienced. The decorations and design make it a work of art. Located in a hill, you get wonderfully city views from any angle. The breakfasts were excellent and good quality. The room, albeit a bit small and crowded with furniture, was super clean and the bed comfortable. The staff, superb and helpful at every opportunity.

Sutter Palace is located in a residential neighborhood near a beautiful park but it’s not very convenient to things for tourists to do. Yes, you can see the Parliament building from the property and you can walk there but it’s not as if it’s next door. Location is probably convenient if you have a car available but to go out at night you’d probably need a taxi to go anywhere. Another minor issue is that the room we were in (#303) was small, which is fine but a lot of the space is occupied by things that belong to the hotel, including decorations etc. Not much room left for visitors to spread out.

We had a really great time at Suter Palace. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, lots of tasty options and really fresh. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was amazing. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Bucharest

We really liked the hotel overall - it has beautiful interiors, beautiful room as you see on their pictures with nice curtains, modern bathrooms and overall very clean. The facilities are nice too, you have outside sitting space (we didn't book breakfast though), you can see the people palace from their first floor as well if you wanted too. Employees were polite and helpful. The location is fine, you have about 15-20mins walk into the center, but taxis (we used the black-white usual app) are very reasonable priced.

The lift broke during our stay, but it had been one of the main reasons I selected this hotel in particular since I have a leg injury currently. It didn't work for two days, we even got briefly stuck which of course they couldn't avoid specifically. They tried resetting but it clearly wasn't a quick fix; there's only one also, so I needed to get up a fair amount of stairs instead. The coffee you can buy ad hoc is very expensive - as hotels like to do - compared to the town, about 4 Euros.

It is an amazing hotel. Definetly will revisit.

It was a misunderstanding with the room. I have paid for a room with a terrace but i was given one without on the mention that it was a non smoker room. So in the future better specify in the message that you want the one with the terrace regardless if you are a smoker or not, as it is a different price.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at. The service and staff were excellent and friendly. It was a luxury stay - the room in particular was magnificent. Breakfast was wide ranging and tasty - coffee was great. Located in a quiet neighbourhood and walking distance of Parliament and Old Town.

During my travels, I thought I saw it all and I travelled over two million miles. This palace is an architectural gem, everything is crafted with skill and passion. A great classy building, amazingly restored to modern standards. The attention to details is mind blowing. Every artefact is beautiful and perfectly placed. Harbouring an amazing huge candelabra, that feels right at home. I was lost in admiration during my walks throughout the building.

What a beautiful hidden gem. I could not recommend this place highly enough. Lots of lovely small touches. From the moment you enter the hotel, it smells absolutely lovely and it’s super calm and relaxed. Attentive friendly professional staff and the decor is just outstanding.
