-Hotel is located next to a park, so it's a relatively quiet area and there is paid parking on the street in front (payments via Parking Bucuresti app) -Hotel is very small (just 2 floors, probably 7-8 rooms total) but everything is brand new and rooms are clean -there's a cafe/bar in front of the hotel which looked nice

-Another guest tried to enter our room in the middle of the night; this is unacceptable, only reason they couldn't enter was that our key was still in the lock: turns out staff provided the wrong room number to the other guest, please be more careful when managing the reservations and take better care of keys on the reception -rooms are quite small, would be nice to have a minibar/fridge if possible

Really clean, lovely accommodating staff, fab outside bar/restaurant, perfect location for my needs (visiting a sick friend in hospital), good wifi for working. The only thing that would have been better would have been a small desk, and while the noise from the bar didn’t bother me at all and it was subdued, if you have kids you might want to choose a room that isn’t facing the street. Gorgeous park opposite for walks and views. Fab pizza restaurant next door.

Nothing, it was actually perfect for my needs.

Great, clean, modern room. I got an apartment on the top floor instead of a double room (which was bigger I guess, way more than I would have needed but not complaining at all). Excellent and very active communication, they also made it possible to check-in later when my flight got delayed. Beautiful location otherwise and the best pizzeria in Bucharest directly next doors! (Un Poco Pizza Fresca)

It was a bit loud from outside, there was party across somewhere. There was no option to darken the room so it was fully bright in the morning. They do not have an elevator and the stairs are a bit quirky (I didn't mind but be aware) Also, the warm water pressure was barely sufficient and the automatic bright light in the apartment hallway was also something to get used to (I would not have needed that).

Nice rooms, all new and very clean. Good air-conditioning. Quiet and had a good night sleep. Room is tasteful decorated with big balcony doors. Air conditioning is very good. Small hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. In center of city and walking distance to offices. I recommend the pizzeria a few houses down (best quality pizza ever). Can recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Small things: no safe in the room. They do not serve breakfast yet as they opened 2 weeks ago. Staff told me it will be added soon. The shower has no tiling and instead this new plaster "concrete look" lining on the walls. Which is a bit out of character, as the rooms are nicely decorated. FYI: If you go out late, you get a key of the gate and front door: they lock up around midnight and it has no 24 hour reception.

Cute place. Nice patio. Good location. Management is ultra responsive. Loved the French doors in my room.

There is no restaurant on this property but they will get you a pizza! They do have a bar though. There was no place to sit in my room except the bed. No desk to put things on either so lack of surfaces. Room was on the small side. Also a few disposable paper cups in the room would be nice.

My second time staying at CPV and won’t be my last! Perfect location for me as it’s very close to the business I visit. Staff are lovely and very accommodating, rooms are spotlessly clean on arrival and cleaned everyday to an immaculate standard. Lovely terrace outside the hotel to enjoy food and drinks, there is a beautiful park opposite for walks around the rivers. Will definitely recommend and will be staying whenever in Bucharest.

Very comfortable clean room. Quiet with wonderful bed TV with lots of channels and great WiFi! Bar/cafe downstairs but no food The room was serviced everyday and the towels and linen were soft and new

No desk in room- this made it difficult to work in the room but there was an area downstairs to work. The cafe/bar did not serve food of any kind - would have been nice

The staff was helpful and they helped me with an early check-in , the location was nice , the room was clean

The room ceiling was a bit low and there were no blinds on the windows to hide from the early sun

Everything was perfect, from the location, just in front of the park, beautiful building and spotless cleaning in the room. Staff was very friendly offering free water bottle for the night and coffee in the morning. They have a little coffee bar with terrace outside. Public Parking available for free in front of the building or for 30lei/ day just a few cars away.

The staff is very kind, and the room is very comfortable and clean. We enjoy working at the park located in the hotel. In general, Bucharest is very noisy due to traffic jams, but here it is silent and enjoy dressing in the clear air from the balcony
