The location is perfect, you have an easy access to everything in the city via busses and subway. It is also right next to the centre. The room is very large and overall the value for what you pay for is amazing

Sometimes it is a bit hard to find the receptionists. This is not really a hostel like many others because a large chunk of the people there were not young solo travellers. Furthermore the matresses are not very comfortable. The last thing is that the rooms do not have locks so sometimes during the middle of the night you can hear someone opening it by mistake which is quite loud.

The staff were very lovely and helpful. The place was kept clean and the location is great, not far from the Metro station and close to the old city centre.

The room I was in had basic beds and facilities. I was there for a short stay and was satisfied, but it's not for people who need extra comfort.

I stayed at the antique hostel for only one night; my room was on the second floor with a balcony. The room was quite spacious, the sheets and pillows were hygienic. The view is also incredible. From the moment I first entered the hostel, they made me feel like I had known them for a long time, made jokes and established a nice conversation, and gave very satisfactory answers to my questions about the city. I can say that it is a place I can recommend to those who want to stay in Bucharest. I think the hostel also has lockers where you can put your valuables and a separate locked room where you can put your luggage.

24 hour very friendly and helpful English speaking front desk staff - Great security - Amazingly clean everywhere - Excellent location for the main tourist locations and entertainment venues being right on the riverbank in the center of Bucharest Old Town - metro stations buses trams and taxis all around this hotel provide very easy transport options to the Gard de Nord train station which has it’s own regular and reliable and very easy and amazingly cheap and convenient and quick express train to the international airport - this hotel is great value even for Bucharest and has amazingly cheap dorms all the way through to top end but affordable private hotel rooms of a very high standard. All around this hotel / hostel is amazing and definitely the place to stay on a trip to Bucharest.

I recently stayed at Antique Hostel in Bucharest, Romania, and I recommend it for sure! This cozy accommodation truly exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a cozy, well-located, and budget-friendly stay in Bucharest, look no further. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to Romania!

The Staff were really friendly and helpful. They showed a lot of kindness. What you get is very much on a par with the price of the hostel and they put a lot of effort into making it clean. This kitchen at this hostel is one of the cleanest I have ever seen in a hostel anywhere, so that was a huge bonus. Furthermore, it is very centrally located and easy to get to from the airport and most other places (by public transport). I would gladly stay here again

Unfortunately, it’s a bit like a game of roulette with any hostel. This one seemed to have a much higher ratio of men to women, which can be a little uncomfortable at times. That being said, I never felt unsafe. Someone did drink my milk though. Please don’t be that guy.

The staff is very polite and friendly! Special attention is paid to the psychological comfort of visitors here. They will talk to you if you want communication and will make sure that no one disturbs you if you need privacy. The location is amazing! The view from the balcony is awesome! The air conditioners in the rooms are powerful, the beds are new, as are the plumbing. There is shower gel in the showers, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils.

There is no hairdryer on the third floor; on the second there is only one for the entire floor. Towels can be rented for an additional fee. There are flies and a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen.

Easily the single cleanest hostel I have had the pleasure to visit. Even if you do not take note of the frequency and thorough ess of their cleaning, it is immediately obvious the staff take great pride in having a clean hostel. It made my stay exceptionally relaxing and comfortable.

Just the usual issues with other guests not respecting the other people. Noise at night, spraying cologn and aerosols in the room, setting alarm clocks for the early hours of the morning etc. I haven't the slightest issue with the staff or the hostel itself.

What I liked about this hostel was the proximity of everything you don't know how close it is to the old town. It is on he edge of the old town , everything (pharmacy, restaurant like Caru cu cere that is not even 5 mins away). despite people saying it was not that clean, i think they are doing renovation so I think that by this summer this place could be bomb!
