Location was great, staff were lovely, especially the young gentleman on the reception was very helpful on our arrival. The room we booked was spacious and had everything we required. View was ok so maybe would suggest a higher floor and you may have a better view, but all cities are the same. Air Conditioning was a bonus and included free and was greatly appreciated as very hot. We didn't have breakfast thought I had added it on but not. However we did eat and drink in the bar under the hotel where breakfast was served and the staff, food and drinks were perfect. The location was perfect for getting around, metro, parks, shops, restaurants and bars all within minutes. Fountain display on a weekend was close by too.

Location is great, right in the middle of the "old center", which makes going anywhere easy, aside from everything you can do right there. Also the metro station is like 5 min away so that is good. Price is also great, we paid around 380 euros for 4 nights for two people so that was awesome. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom was also nice, and we also had warm water at all times, unlike most other places in Bucharest. Breakfast is good with quite a lot of options and also very good Cappuccino.

Toilet positioning was weird and made sitting on it uncomfortable, but only for the room we got now, two years ago we had another room and everything was great. There was only 1 blanket on the bed, having 2, one for each person, would be better.

Property was in a great location to the centre of old town! Lovely and clean! Staff very friendly - mini bar great prices! Slippers and dressing gown provided, towels lovely an soft ! Bedding clean. Lovely balcony window door, view wasn’t great but was nice to have the door!

This property is not accessible for disabled people. Lots of stairs to enter the property, lift to upper floor is up 4/5 steps first. We stayed in room 112, dresser/desk however no mirror in the room, there is a wall in there they could put a full length mirror as only one was in the bathroom which is a pain when wanting to do hair/make up. No plug by the kettle we had to move it an put it on the floor to boil, no milk to make tea or coffee which were provided. Shower leaked onto the floor also. TV didn’t work was stuck on disney channel.

The room was very large, clean, 2 showers and toilets, two bedrooms, a balcony with a view of the old city. The hotel is right at the beginning of the old city, 2 minutes walk from the main square, close to train and bus stations. The staff was courteous and helpful, welcoming us every time.

Inconvenient for families with baby strollers, you have to climb a lot of stairs to the reception and a little more to the elevator

Nice modern looking very clean and comfortable hotel room. Friendly helpful staff. It was close to lively old town streets but not noisy when we were there (midweek)

Buffet breakfast was available in the separate restaurant downstairs but was very disappointing, food was cold and there was very little in the bain maries. Other local restaurants were much better.

loved the location and how spotlessly clean it was. the chap that checked us in and the lady doing breakfast were great and very friendly. the rest we thought were just about able to acknowledge us.

We stayed one night in an apartment/suite which was perfect for our family of four, separate rooms for the adults and children, with two bathrooms. Rooms were spacious and clean, and beds comfortable. It was also quiet - adults had a room at the front with balcony, on a Friday night - if you open the balcony there was a bit of noise (mostly traffic) but the soundproofing was good. The other room was internal so quieter. Breakfast was very nice - think small European hotel continental style rather than giant buffet, but a good selection with a couple of hot options, and nice staff. Location is handy for Old Town and other areas, good transport links. Yes, some bits nearby are a little sketchy but I would say that is more to do with Old Town and central Bucharest than the hotel itself. We were able to check in a little early, and also leave our luggage at reception after checkout.

Some of the bathroom tiles are loose, grouting a bit tired, soap holder broken etc - all still perfectly clean but detracts a little from the overall feel.

The room was beautiful... comfy bed, beautiful bathroom with lovely hot shower, room was lovely and warm always which was very welcome as it was -2 outside. The hotel was very central with a metro stop very close which made it easy to get to the airport for an early flight.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than anticipated. The room wasnt ready but they offered us a different room in order to check in early and not wait until the check in time which was very generous of them. They were very helpful and accommodating, helping to book us a taxi for the airport. The location was excellent.

The room we ended up with was quite dark and the windows weren't able to open. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
