Beautiful room. Good location.

DON'T GO. The management team think they do professional job but the only thing they succeed is to torture the client. I travel most of the year but i have never seen something so terrible behaviour. After you make the reservation they force you to sign a 27 pages contract that no-one reads. Then they force you to sign some other papers. Then to send your face. Then your id. And all of that threating you that if you don't follow their orders you want be able to get into the room that you already paid. They really are unprofessional.

The room was exactly as pictured. Beautiful theme and details on the walls and behind the bed. A really comfortable night's sleep, the mattress was the ideal level of supportive. It had 2 separate sinks in the bathroom his and hers. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Really great location, with a lot of Old Town places of interest near by, such as Manucs Inn, Caru Cu Bere, CEC, lots of lovely coffee shops and eateries, all of the bars and night life.

We had a few hiccups with the door code not working, thankfully a member of staff responded really promptly and gave us a new code, staying on the phoneline until we gained access. (Some) small amount of black mold in the bathroom, which I appreciate can be really difficult to combat.

Loved the location, close to metro, restaurants and pastry shops and the old town. The room was spacious, nice quality furnishings, a pleasantly remodeled bathroom and very comfortable bed and pillows. The towels were thick and good quality. I appreciated the iron and ironing board (even though the board cover was all damaged and ripped). It was nice having the A/C during some very hot days in Bucharest, but it was quite noisy. The windows are insulating very well, can’t hear the noises on the street below. The apartment seemed thoroughly cleaned.

The shower only has half of the glass door, which means all the water off the person showering goes out in the bathroom and floods the floor. It was quite inconvenient to always have the floor wet, the little mat was soaked all the time. The TV had a lot of stations, but no HBO, sadly. The apt had a LOT of rules, strict ones and everything came with astronomical fees if you broke them. I advise everyone to carefully read the rental contract after booking!!

The room was set up very nicely and the sunroof was amazing! The location is amazing as well, walking distance from all the old town attractions. Bedding was comfy as well. Good value for money!

There is no lift in this building, and I had a room on the third floor. Travellers with big suitcases should be aware of this and I don't recall seeing this message while making the booking. Additionally, when I made the booking, one of the amenities was "View". From the room that I was given, I could only see the sun and the clouds, and there was no balcony access. It should've been mentioned clearly. And since there is no staff on the property, it felt that I couldn't do anything about anything. Again, these could be seen differently based on personal preferences, but the unavailability of lift was a surprise! Overall, good value for money!

I had a wonderful stay and can’t recommend it enough! The property itself is beautiful, with spacious, clean. The amenities were top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and making us feel very welcome. The location was perfect, central and accessible making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The location is the best. Located in the middle of the historic Old Town and within a 3 minute walk to Piata Unirii and local transport. Easy access to this beautiful building using a keypad lock. The apartment itself is a good size with a very stylish design. The shower is excellent, and the bed was comfortable. The fridge had 2 complimentary beers and 2 bottles of water. The staff are regularly in touch with you, offering advice and recommendations for your trip.

The only tiny flaw was that as we were placed on the third floor in apartment 31, our only window was a skylight style. This wouldnt be an issue in the winter months, but as we are coming into summer with the sun rising earlier and longer days, there are no blackout blinds and therefore the sun is shining into and lighting the room from early hours. Other than that, this was an amazing stay.

Nice spacious room, with all of the facilities that you need. It was a lovely touch having two free waters and two beers in the fridge. It's in a great location and overlooks a square. You have great access to all of the bars and sights of the old town.

Some of the items in the bathroom need tightening up and could be easily fixed.

Excellent location in the heart of the Old Town, close to all restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. I will for sure choose it again next time in Bucharest.

The entrance door unlocking system. It is a bit misleading as not all digits light when trying to put the code, so, it took us a minute until we figured out how to insert the entry code.

Great design and location at the edge of the old town. 24/7 support and detailed welcome info. I would definitely book again if I needed to stay in this part of the city.

Rooms aren’t noise isolated. So if your neighbours switch on loud music you can hear everything. I didn’t have any issues with noise from outside during my stay, but it can be an issue on Friday/Saturday night.

There are no words to describe this place. Abs perfect! Room was amazing, everything in there was new and super clean. Bed was incredibly conf, and they provided everything (clean towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hair drier, tea, coffee, water, beer, snacks etc.) Position is also super - super central and no abs need to use cabs and/or public transport. I d honestly reccomand everybd to come stay here.
