Nice place, clean and comfortable! Located in a quiet street in the old town, close to bars and restaurants. The guy was very friendly. We had a problem with the air conditioning in one of the apartments and it was fixed immediately. Parking near the apartments.

The communal areas and the lift are in need of renovation.

The apartment is great: clean, at a superb location, fairly priced, featuring a little balcony which is a bonus. Check-in process easy, host communicative. I personally love the Universitate area as it is easy to get everywhere and anywhere, including the airport bus stop being around the corner. The street the apartment is located at is great, next to a church and Czech embassy, so it feels classy, right on the metro, walking distance from the old center. Nice view from the balcony - however located next to very busy street. The windows are isolating well enough, so the noise won't bother you at night unless you want to keep them open. However romantic dinner on the balcony will be disrupted by consistent honking but it wouldn't be Bucharest without it right :) Nice touch is the mosquito net on the window as it usually is an issue in Bucharest due to it being built on a swamp :)

Nothing the host or the apartment could be faulted for - obviously keep in mind you're in Bucharest, so the building has a distinct... aesthetic. And feel. And scary lifts. But the apartment itself is awesome. However I would suggest maybe an air freshener - Bucharest buildings have a distinct smell that can seep in. Which is nothing the apartment can fix themselves really but this might help. I also could not figure out the lighting but that was probably more of my fault and lack of trying than not working :)

Cozy, Comfy, Clean... All was fine.. Close to almost all the cultural places... Inside of the old town... All was very good.. Thanks a lot.

Comfortable stay at the edge of the old town. I really liked the location as very close to bus stop for 100 bus from airport. Host provided detailed information about the location and how to collect the keys from the lock box. Apartment is on 6th floor and there is lift. The room (84) has a balcony with a nice view over the city. Very comfortable, quiet and modern apartment, everything was as expected. Several restaurants directly across the street.

The communal entrance hallway is a little shabby, but this is common and we had no problems.

Stayed for a weekend, the communication with the hosts was great, made a quick phonecall on arrival and instructions were sent straight away via WhatsApp. Apartment is located right on the edge of Old Town, couldn't be anywhere better really. Can walk into the thick of it in under 5 minutes but it's still a fairly quiet spot. The apartment was lovely, furnished to a high standard, clean on arrival and noticeably soundproof at night with the window closed. The pictures are a true reflection of what you get. Great value for money, absolutely spot on.

The only fault I could pick is the building itself. It is very run down and using the lift is an adventure in itself. It is a bit concerning when you first arrive, you're not sure what you're walking into. However the moment you open the door to your lovely apartment it is like stepping into a different building all together

Nice apartment in a really good location. Old town just few steps away, coffees shops, restaurants, bars everything just next doors. Air conditioner worked perfectly and was a life saver, the temperature in Bucharest during our stay was hoovering between 35 and 38 degrees. Host very responsive too, gave clear instructions for finding and accessing the place.

The first day when we arrived there was an issue with the running water which wasn't ideal after a long trip. This issue was in the whole block so nothing that host could do. The problem was sorted the following day.

The room 30 was clean located on the 3rd floor and spacious and offered a street side view.

This is more to do with the building and not with the appartment. Well,the motion sensor for the floor lighting was located facing the stairwell. It meant that the floor was cloaked in darkness and residents needed to employ an artificial light source from their phones to find the keyhole and lock the door , as floor residents exited their appartment to head out towards the lift or stairs in the evenings .

The room was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent and the view from the balcony was very nice. Inside the room there was a coffee machine, a washing machine, Iron and a hairdryer. It was very easy to find it and the people managing the room gave us detailed directions. It was wonderful, I would definitely recommend it!

Good sized apartment with all the basic necessities. Great correspondence via text with the renter. Very responsive with everything and kind regarding late check-out. In old town so very conveniently located. Good price. Large bed and spacious for downtown. Had no issues with noise.

The bed comforter was too small for the size bed. My husband and I are both thin and average at best in size (57 and 72 kilos), but when either of us rolled over, the other became uncovered. On each side of us there were about 30 cm of bed space with no blanket or comforter for covering. Because of this it was a very restless night for us both. Also the extra pillows were decorative without washable/clean covers so we only had 1 pillow each. The apartment was clean, but not as clean as we expected based on reviews. The top of the comforter had hair and some debris on it when we arrived. Kitchen towel & sponge were both dirty/used.

The room was freshly renewed, very clean and the location was AMAZING! It was in the old town a few minutes away from all the monuments, but not inside the crowd of the bars! It is also close to the main roads so you could go everywhere very fast and easy either with Uber/bolt (taxi) or with metro. The staff responded very fast within our arrival and departure and was very helpful. The building from the outside might seem a bit old, but the interior of the apartment it’s amazing. Don’t be afraid of that, most of the apartments in Bucharest are a bit old. Highly recommended
