Great locations and great property. The staff were wonderful and so kind at all times. They went above and beyond. There’s clearly a lot of work going on in the hotel and our floor you could clearly see this. However, I went on another floor and you could see that they were less mid build. I would Stay again, I wish there were more Pillows in the room but reception did find one spare when we asked

There was a lot of noise one morning from workers or something? Didn’t last too long but definitely woke us up. But didn’t bother us to not come again. We would absolutely stay here. Mainly due to the responsiveness of the staff. They were all fantastic

I had an excellent stay at the hotel in Bucharest. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the city's main attractions, and the cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner well-maintained. The staff made a lasting impression, particularly the secretary Ely and the gentleman from Sri Lanka, who were both extremely friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bucharest, as it offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that enhances your stay in the city.

I was very happy with my stay at Hotel Liad. All the staff members I interacted with were warm and friendly. The room was cozy, and the bathroom was nice. I also liked that there was a cafe. Finally, the location was great: It's within walking distance (15 minutes) to the Old Town, and there is also a metro station/bus stop nearby.

The only complaint I have is that the soundproofing in the rooms isn't the greatest. There were a few occasions when I heard other guests getting off of the elevator and going into their rooms in the middle of the night.

Great hotel in a perfect location - 10/15 min walk from old town and all the nightlife but out the way so theres no noise, the rooms we had were particularly large, some are roll of the dice a few of us had washing machines/ microwaves. All in all great room. bed was very comfortable/ air con was working perfectly as the temp when we arrived was touching 38+ Also the service from Raluca was excellent - left my glasses in the room and managed to get it packaged and shipped back home.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It also had a mini fridge which was very useful. The location was very convenient and close to the old town. Luggage storage room available. The staff was polite.

The room was not very clean. The breakfast did not worth its money, it was quite poor but I did not have any other options due to an ongoing storm outside. However, the staff preparing breakfast were very polite and willing to help. Overall, a decent hotel for a short stay in Bucharest but not a value for money.

The street at night it’s a little dark and not in a main avenue. Also I have a recommendation if I may, as I arrived late at night I was not in the mood to go outside in that street and there was no water available at the property, at least for the first day one complementary small water bottle would be appreciated if you have to take pills or simply you are thirsty, there was no water at all, not even for purchase, at 6 am I had to go outside to any place to buy the water….

Fantastic location. A few minutes walk from supermarket and pharmacy. Quiet room. Extremely friendly staff at reception. Clean. Lift to my room on 2nd floor. Good shower. Very comfortable bed. Window that could open. A/C in room if needed. Excellent to have a small fridge and a microwave oven (that is also a grill and conventional oven). Would recommend and go back here in future when I visit Bucharest again.

Excellent position in the city, everything is walkable from the hotel. The room was orderly with everything I needed, and the reception is open 24/7 so my late arrival was not a problem. The bathroom was very comfortable and clean. As I was out during the day I mainly was in the room for sleeping.

In the message I received beforehand it said I could still buy breakfast on the day, but when I went to the reception in the morning they said because no-one signed up they didn't have the buffet. On the one hand great that they reduce foodwaste, on the other hand I would have appreciated knowing the day before that I needed to book it.

The staff was very professional and friendly in the same time. Ely did my check in and when I asked for an iron, he did not hesitate and delivered it right away to my room. Raluca was more than kind to assist me with my bags and keep it safe throughout the day after my check out. The hotel itself is in a good location with most of the tourist attractions within walking distance. It is a very welcoming place and I truly recommend it. I will definitely come here again.

Though the location was great in terms of the city centre, the surrounding areas for the hotel weren't great. Of course the hotel hasn't got any control over this so not necessarily a bad review.
