the bedsheets and the bathroom were very clean. the location is superb, the main attractions are all in walking distance. also, there is a bus that comes directly from the airport that stops really nearby. Breakfast has a bit of everything. I believe this is the best hotel you can get by it's price.

the breakfast is not very tasty but offers many options. The night can be noisy, either by the street or from other guests arriving (not very soundproof from corridor) We had to be careful to not flood with water the bathroom after taking a shower.

Very close to city center , easy to reach city center , Aurport , parc.....Merto station near by and bus to Airport close as well .Many restaurants close to the hotel . Reception staff is helpfull and end easy to get support for anything you need . Breakfest very good ,

No posibility to have dinner in the hotel .I can understand that having the location in the city center you can find many places around where you can eat , but for older people having dinner in the hotel can be more convinient .

Hotel is very nice and friendly. Due to the fact that it was 40 degree heat, we could extend the night by 4h for 30 euros. I gave 9 because the breakfasts were good although quite modest.

Breakfast could be better, but overall, it's my 3rd year in a row that I come to this hotel, and I am happy.

The location is perfect. You can find a bus stop right in front of the building. Old town is 7 minutes by walk. It’s located on a Main Street, but if your window is closed, you can hear nothing from the outside or the next rooms. Soundproof at its best. Our room was big with a large double bed, 2 wardrobes a desk and a chair. Nice lights, hungers etc. Very very very clean. We had room cleaning service daily for 5 days and new towels as well. The temperature inside the building is very very good even without using the A/C or the heater. It is highly recommended for the location, the cleanliness and the staff. It’s worth every single euro.

The location was excellent, we could walk to the Old Town, to the city center, to Parliament Palace and other tourist-y locations. The room was as expected, small but spacious enough for two people with hand luggage, the bathroom was big but lacked counter space, however, the water pressure was amazing. The staff cleaning the rooms did an excellent job too. The breakfast options were okay, the first day we arrived late and almost everything was gone, though. The staff working there was lovely. Wifi worked fine and so did TV. Overall it was okay, but I would not call it a 9+ hotel, because it was very basic in what it offered. The location is what makes it a great option.

We could hear people that were in rooms next to or across from us just talking to each other in their rooms, the door and the floor had a wide gap, so that probably added to the lack of sound insulation/isolation. The room got very cold at points and we could not make it warmer with the AC remote. We were told breakfast is until 11 AM, but when we arrived at 10 AM, almost everything was gone, so we just went earlier other mornings, and it was fine. Only one tiny elevator and stairs that have so much air freshener scent that you get a bit nauseous from inhaling it.

Noisy street, plus the windows were installed a but wrong (tilted, one could not close it properly. there was space between the frames) and you could hear cars, rain. The heating system once switched on very noisy, water is circulating and hard to fall asleep. Only 1 pair of slippers given and 1 bath robe (without the belt). Under the bed was leftover lego toys from another guests and it is clearly wasn’t dusted.

The location is very central , a short 5 - 10 minute walk to the bars/ restaurants of the old town but far enough away the the noise from them does not bother you. The room was clean & comfortable, there was some street noise but nothing the hotel can do about that. Breakfast was good with a good amount of choice.

The bathroom was on the small side with no surfaces to put anything on. Our room was at the front on the main street and was a little noisy due to traffic when trying to sleep so ear plugs advisable.

Great location, comfy beds and good view from the top floor. Good water pressure and big shower cabin, and large enough room + slippers and bathing robe were a nice addition.

The bathroom was small with not enough space to hang towels, water running out the shower in the bathroom. Could have used better coffee / tea selection and it can get noisy during the day due to cars in the street but at night we didn’t have problems ( we were there on election night and thousands of people were in the street but we managed to sleep fine

Stayed in king suite, very comfortable and spacious. Bed was good and room very nice and cleaned. Reception was friendly. Location of the hotel was very good near to shops, restaurants , nearby main streets and old city.

Even that the bathroom was big and spacious, the negative of the room and overall stay at the hotel was the shower in the bathroom. The shower has the classic curtain instead of a glass wall or door, which was inconvenient to shower since the water was coming out, and was all over the floor, making difficult to walk out of the bathroom due to the water coming out of the shower. For such nice room and hotel, a shower curtain is not proper at all and should be replaced with a glass door or accordingly for the convenience of the quests. Apart from that, our stay at the hotel was very nice.
