This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel, the decor is outstanding! The bed was so comfortable as was the lounge area. Breakfast was also very good, very tasty with a good choice, all set in the stunning bistro restaurant. Front desk staff were super helpful, even providing a brilliant recommendation for dinner at a wonderful Romanian restaurant just round the corner. Would absolutely recommend this hotel

If I was being picky I would say it was slightly disappointing that even though the booking was for 2 people the room only seemed set up for one, one mug, one tea cup and only one bed got turned down at night but not earth shattering

The room was very spacious, offering plenty of comfort. The hotel has an interesting history, which added character to the stay.

The floor was swollen, making it difficult to open the front door properly. The bathroom ventilation didn’t work, and overall the room felt poorly maintained. Even though the windows were good quality, the noise from the nearby club was unbearable. We had to turn all the ventilation on high and play nature sounds just to cover the music—especially the bass—in order to get some sleep at night. We only received one set of towels and slippers, even though the reservation was for two people.

The rooms are spacious and cute with plants and lamps, and the bed was comfortable. The location was great! The park nearby is amazing and you can eat delicious Romanian food few meters away. During our stay there was an event on the top floor, which was annoying because it was noisy and there were kids running around. The staff was very helpful and gave us another room <3

There is a full kitchen with an electric stove, but no pots and pans, plates, sponges or anything, so it is almost useless. You can't make breakfast in it. The rooms are fine, but you can see signs of deferred maintenance or new investments. Still, it is excellent value for money. The next time I visit Bucharest, I plan to stay here again.

The apartment's size, the breakfast provided, the daily room service, the air conditioning, and the view from the rooftop restaurant are all quite appealing. The location near the centre was excellent, with its abundance of cafes, restaurants, and bars in the neighbourhood.

The elevator was quite small, only accommodating two people. However, there was no wait for the elevator during breakfast, and it arrived frequently. Furthermore, as we were on the second floor, we often chose to use the stairs when leaving the hotel instead of the elevator.

The staff was very helpful and organised the transfer from and to the airport. They also explained how we could turn the temperature in our room down as we felt very hot inside. Regarding food, the hotel restaurant "Etaj" is exceptional. It was one of our best dinners in Bucharest. There's also a great variety for breakfast. The location is also great. You have many options to eat out or just have a coffee in the neighbourhood. It is well-connected, too. In just a short walk, you can reach the university square, from where buses depart.

We have a very high standard regarding cleanliness, so this is 'complaining' about details. Overall, the room was very clean. However, for our standards, the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. The first two days, the bathroom was a bit dusty on the floor. Also, the stains due to scale in the shower, even though they're normal, are not very pleasant to look at.

Very big room. It was actually an appartment, it had its own kitchen even (although we booked a normal room, this is the standard room there it seems). Breakfast at Cismigiu Bistro, a well known resto in Bucharest. Very chique, wonderful romantic design, good music. Good cheesecake (they always have a cake home made for dessert, on our tour it was cheesecake). Great location at the heart of Bucharest, in an area full of objectives, history, restos, pubs, bars, cafes, theaters, old city center, the iconic parc Cismigiu, the hotel itself is part of the city’s history.

Beds are on springs. A bit too soft for our taste. Breakfast was poor in choice, good quality products but not much variety (omlette, 3types of cheese, some charcuterie, the cheesecake, pain au chocolat… the basics). It gives the impression of an aparthotel, not a hotel due to the lack of other facilities inside the hote.

Check in was smooth and quick. The apartment was quiet and well equipped (apart from a kettle), with plenty of storage space and a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was roomy, with an excellent shower. The location was great, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It was also a very short walk to Cismigiu Park, which was nice for a stroll. Breakfast was self service in the upstairs restaurant. There was a good variety of different food items and the staff kept the whole breakfast area very clean and tidy.

We opened the windows and there were mosquitos in our room. Probably from the lake in the nearby park. This is not something the hotel can help but, if you are staying at this time of year, we recommend you keep the windows closed.

Very central location, hotel felt safe and the room was very spacious and clean. Large bathroom and excellent rain shower.

Didn't seem to be a kettle from what I could see only a coffee machine. I would have preferred a kettle over a stove and pots and pans. Overall room was lovely but the noise on a night is quite bad. Windows, though double glazed were not sound proof, lots of shouting and screaming in the early hours (perhaps from the park) thought maybe a one off but happened on both nights along with sirens(our stay was a fri and sat so during the week might be better)

Proximity to Old Town. Big spacious rooms. Loved the shower, it was a strong stream and had hot water. Balconies were really a great touch. Staff was super helpful. We thought the breakfast was awesome. Had a lot of options.

The lighting in the bathroom was really dim. Kind of like a brighter light above the mirror.

This is the second time in this Hotel,even I've asked for the same room ,I've Even recommended this Hotel to some colleagues

The room wasn't arranged for two days and we need to ask for dry towels, A day before we left I've asked to have the breakfast on lunch box cause we left very early, the clerk said it is too late cause the restaurant was closed that day,so I've asked to get refund for the breakfast and he refused
