Location to the main road (Calea Victoriei) was great, so it was in a slightly quieter area of the city but still a less than 15-minute walk to the Old Town, Parliament building, numerous parks, etc. Room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. A couple of bottles of water and a fruit plate were a nice touch.

Not sure how a hotel could improve this, but each night 1-2 mosquitos were in my room (I didn't open the window once during my stay). As long as you kill them before you go to sleep it's no big deal.

The hotel is at a very good location with having the tube station (2min walk) nearby was very helpful. The hotel reception staff was there to help and friendly. The hotel and the room was clean and room had the balcony which was a great pleasure to enjoy the sun shine. Big shout out to the reception staff to go beyond their responsibility and tried to arrange a power adaptor for me.

Breakfast options were very poor and food was at a bad state. Staffs looking after breakfast tables was like following you and your food consumption ! extremely unprofessional and sometimes noticed not-interested in customer service with other guests. Poached Eggs were very cold, scrambled eggs were very hard and crusty, breads seems to have been left for days, Hotel management can look into this as this will make the hotel a best place to stay at Bucharest city area.

Good: - The hotel was very well located. There were enough restaurants nearby. It's also easy to walk or take a bus to the main touristic atractions. - The hotel was cute, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Not so good: - The fire alarm light in the room was too intense. I have never encountered a light that was shinning so strongly in the room. And the ceiling of the room was very high, so we could not cover it. - The hairdryer was a bit weak. It takes a bit of time to dry longer hairs, but still manageable

Comfee beds,good choice breakfast, asked for a breakfast to go,as had a day trip out and had to leave before breakfast, a first class packed breakfast, happy friendly staff very clean all round,shower with good pressure and hot water,easy walk to the square for day trip, and old town,and the park

Be ware don't get a taxi from the airport as they will rip you off cost us 378 ron we question it and got told we'll it's a meter,so recommend the hotel transfer service, or a uber cost about£15 to£20

Warm, comfortable stay. Hotel great at communication. Room was clean, good size, towels, dressing gowns, soap, small shampoo and hairdryer provided. Nice warm shower. Recently painted and curtains looked new. Easy to grab a taxi and explore the area.

The area was a bit run down but lovely park nearby. Easy walk to old town. Looks a bit Edwardian in decor. Breakfast was ok, some days better than others . Kettle in room,but best to bring tea and coffee with you. Milk/water can be bought at local shop. Mini fridge (empty) in room to use. Not really 4 star in UK ratings. But still nice hotel.

I traveled with my teenage daughter, the room was comfortable, we slept really well. The room was basic yet cozy, heat worked well, tastefully arranged, with large bathroom with old style taps according to the vibe. We’d come back anytime.

I didn’t love the policy for late checkout, they ask for 30’euros extra for a couple of hours past 12, and for full night price for anything longer than that. Our flight was late at night so we paid for another night to be able to checkout out 6 pm. I understand the reasoning behind it but I think the price should be lower.

The hotel was very clean, very comfortable double bed & room with complimentary robes, slippers, toiletries, bottled water, with Tea & Coffee. The hotel is very quiet and therefore we slept well with no disturbances The staff group were very accommodating, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The continental breakfast was very well presented and fresh, there is plenty of choice to meet everyone’s preferences and diets.

There is nothing we did not like about this hotel

Checkin was easy and we were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise. The room lacked any chairs? 1 sofa was okay but it would have been useful to have at least one chair in the Tv area. The bathroom fan ran continuously throughout the night and there seemed to be a resident pigeon cooing constantly in the early morning! Breakfast was okay, but some bacon / baked beans would have been nice rather than boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and fried eggs. Overall it’s a nice hotel offering value for money.

The bed was large and comfortable, the air conditioning was working great, the breakfast was nice - very good choice of foods, available for a long time, refilled frequently. The rumour about pigeons is true, but they were not bothering us in anyway. The location was excelent.

On our first day, around 7pm, the hot water was cold and brown, nobody warned us about that, later the water was fine, the bathtub had mold on 2 sides. We were staying with a toddler, as i asked for an extra set of sheets, i only got a bedsheet, no pillowcase or top sheet - maybe that got lost in the translation. The cleaning lady only cleaned the bathroom, didnt make the bed, which i found a little strange.

Really great location, easy walking distance to everything. The breakfast here is really solid! There are plenty of food, coffee, and grocery options within very close proximity. The rooms are nice, with a little bit of vintage touch that made the hotel have a lot of charm. Not everyone will like this, but I liked this a lot.

You can hear other rooms pretty clearly, both through the adjoining walls and the doors/hallway. This wasn’t a huge issue for me, but could be for others.
