Great location for my work. Around 15 mins to walk to the historic center. Exceptionally clean and a great breakfast.

I stayed at the back of the hotel, and it was very peaceful but a few of my colleagues stayed at the front with the nice view of Parliament but the road is super busy. If you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs! Also I found it a bit strange there was no bin in the bedroom as should be standard, only a small bin in the bathroom. Of course it wasn’t much an issue to walk a few extra steps, but it was unusual!

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The location could not have been better – it was right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all major attractions and transport links. The hotel itself was spotless, with everything meticulously maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was nothing short of gargantuan! The spread was vast, offering everything from fresh pastries, eggs, and bacon, to fruits, yogurt, and a selection of international dishes. Each item was of the highest quality, and I particularly appreciated the variety and freshness of the ingredients. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. They were always available to answer any questions and provided great recommendations for local dining and attractions. I left feeling truly satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of convenience, luxury, and outstanding service.

I stayed for two nights, it was nice, the room was very clean and the view was nice. I could see from my room Palatul Parlamentului. The mattress and the pillows are very comfortable, you sleep like a baby. The fact that they offer parking is a big plus, and the parking fee is not pricy. The hotel is in walking distance of the historical part of the city and the staff at the hotel can give you directions and they are friendly.

The road in front of the hotel is a little bit busy, there for noisy and the rooms are not to good isolated so you might hear your neighbours conversations, but this can be fixed with earplugs. I need to say that this aspect would not stop me for booking a room with them again.

An amazing experience at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was top-notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The service was outstanding – the staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to assist. For my parents' anniversary, I had requested a cake and flowers, and everything was arranged perfectly! They were pleasantly surprised, and the thoughtful gesture made their stay even more special. A big thank you to Robert Mogodan, FO Manager, and the entire team for their professionalism and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The only small area for improvement could be the breakfast – it would be great to have a bit more variety.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the Palace of Parliament, making it ideal for guests who want to explore the Christmas Market and the city's landmarks. The availability of a private parking area is extremely convenient. The family suite is impressive with its comfort and additional amenities, such as a spacious terrace. There are a few aspects that could be improved to make the stay even more enjoyable. The noise from the boulevard might be inconvenient for guests seeking peace and quiet. The climate control system was not functioning optimally, which affected the room's temperature. The outdoor coffee tables are a great idea, but their maintenance could be improved, such as more frequent cleaning of the ashtrays. During breakfast, the service was strict, and the staff paid excessive attention to details. A friendlier approach, however, would contribute to a more welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for the guests. Overall, the hotel offers many amenities and comfort, making it a pleasant and suitable choice for anyone wanting to enjoy the city's attractions and atmosphere.

Spatious room, view of the parliament and the national cathedral, room service (quick, tasty, affordable) and room cleaning (everything duly cleaned and refilled every day, no exceptions). I felt very comfortable and would recommend. Very kind staff.

It seems to be closer to both the parliament and the old town, but in reality both destinations constitute a ca 18-20-minute walk (not that it is a problem). However, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and you pay wireless onboard so its easy to use it.

It’s a standard hotel, clean, although one of the rooms had a smelly bathroom, but they moved me. Location is on the road, but close to the parliament.

The staff was not friendly, the female receptionist in particular. I think it’s the Eastern European thing. It’s like they did me a favor to accommodate me. I was not greeted when I came in and then I was made feel as if I were impolite and I had to greet them first. I think that never happened to me before. The guys were nice though. Wi-Fi is non existent. I had to work and stood in the hallway trying to teach online next to the elevator, struggling to catch any kind of a signal.

The hotel is more on the modern side and the rooms was a bit larger than other European hotels I've stayed at. The staff at reception and the restaurant were awesome and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and up-to-date. Only a few minutes walk from the Parliament Building and National Cathedral.

The location is at the end of a commercial zone so there weren't any restaurants close by except the one at the hotel. Everything else was a 10 minute walk away. You need to be very watchful of the traffic in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Especially the room had a very good vibe, it was spacious, with a lot of light. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable as well. I think the bathrooms need some freshening up, to match up the rest of the facilities.

I was participating in a conference that was organised in the hotel. Although the location is considered very central, there aren't many shops and restaurants in the near vicinity, so you have to walk at least 20 minutes to reach the city center, where all the action is taking place. Also, some dark spots at the shower could have been cleaned/taken care of.
