The room was modern, and had a nice walk-in shower.

Nothing, did not take breakfast, also checked out early in the night, take in account there is no 24-hours reception.

As location was excellent - within walking distance from the office.

No early check-in option. If you arrive in the morning have to wait until 3pm to can accomodate. Also, there were some issues with the lighting in the room - a couple of bulbs were defective or malfunctioning.

Easy location. Clean rooms. It was not in the busy area of the city but everything was easily walkable. The hotel is right next to a tram stop and a nice park to walk through.

When we arrived we knew we were there before check-in. We asked if we could store our bags and explore the city until it was time to check in. The man at reception was unhappy with this request and responded quite rudely. He did take our bags eventually. This was a small interaction but our very first impression of the hotel and it left us feeling uncomfortable. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful for the remainder of our stay.

My room was big, nicely designed, clean and with a comfortable bed and a spacious modern bathroom. There were a small bar-freezer, a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. WiFi worked excellent. There is a tram running outside, but it runs not too often and it did not bother me. The staff were excellent, spoke very good English and were helpful with suggestions and trying to resolve issues. There is a supermarket nearby and a park. Room cleaning was adequate.

I had a problem with the noise from a loudly leaking toilet, which could not be fixed easily. Closing the door at night helped, but it should be fixed. Also, both bed reading lights did not work and could not be fixed, so they need to be replaced or completely removed. I had noisy neighbors on one side, who spoke in full voice at midnight, but the situation got improved the next day after I told the staff about the issue.

It had everything I needed for a short stay - comfortable bed, pretty quiet if you close the window, pretty good location right next to Cismigiu but walking distance from the train station, big room with all the perks (fridge, AC, toiletries, nice shower). I particularly appreciated the very kind staff who were understanding and helped us with early check after we mistakenly thought we could have luggage storage before arrival (there is limited space so it's not guaranteed and not listed on the site).

dont think breakfast was an option though there seemed to be a (closed) restaurant - but an Italian restaurant and a cafe bar were just round the corner had to figure out trams and buses from train station but friendly locals helped

Everything exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, very clean and fragrant room with a cosy bed, spacious bathroom with free toiletries, big tv, fast internet, and a nice view from the window of the main street. Personnel were willing to help you if asked and were so kind.

The only thing is that walls are quite thin, you can hear next door guests if they are a bit noisy. I wish they had breakfast, I was willing to pay extra, cause everything else is great.

Hotel Trianon is ideal for a short stay in Bucharest, actually, the only minus is that they don't serve breakfast. Everything else is very good, including the cleanliness of the rooms, reliable wifi, an elevator to the upper floors, and proximity of public transport. The hotel is near Cismigiu garden, the most central park of Bucharest and close to many attractions.

Although the bathroom was very clean, the shower head had a leak and it was difficult to take a shower without spraying water all over. Attention to these minor defects in the bathrooms is necessary.

t is an overall standard hotel and highly recommendable if value for money is considered. the room was spacious and the equipment modern and comfortable. I liked the coffee/tea facilities in the room. There is an ATM inside the hotel. I liked the location. Few meters away there is a nice little bar/restaurant for meals and breakfast. Walking distance to a little supermarket (with many kinds of things) and to the nearest metro station. Actually, by crossing the park with the pool nearby you get straight to the historical center without using transportation (15-20 minutes’ walk). I would be glad to stay again in Trianon.

The front desk staff is so nice and helpful. The showers in this hotel are outstanding. The hotel is in a nice location and the room was a good size. I would definitely stay again because I know now what to expect.

You can hear every noise from outside and inside the hotel. It kept me up at night. The room was not clean, especially the walls. Thankfully, the bed was clean and comfortable. Their website says they have air conditioning in the rooms but it was very hot and muggy during my stay and I was informed that only some rooms have AC. Staff told me to open my window for air but I was on the ground (first) floor so that wasn't really an option at night.
