Facilities were great: amazing restaurants, cool lobby bar, great massage. Amazing location

Room was definitely not a 5 stars level Very noisy during night due to people gambling at the casino - not a good choice for quiet travelers - stuff was nice and moved us to a more quiet corner after not sleeping for 2 nights.

I would like to mention the reception staff and especially Fernando who was very patient and made every effort to make our stay perfect and with kindness and persistence he succeeded.

I would prefer that you charge an additional amount and that the entrance to the pool be free, in my opinion this is more than respecting a hotel of your level.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, and everything about the experience was  perfect.  The front desk managers were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast fresh, varied,  delicious and well presented, with something for everyone. The on-site restaurants and bar,were also great especialy "Ginger" and AristoCool. The hotel’s location is another major plus. Perfectly situated, it offers easy access to local attractions, public transport, and a wide selection of shops, cafes, and cultural sites.  Overall, Radisson Blu delivered a flawless experience. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay.

I did not enjoy this surprise, though, and having to worry about being charged or having to bargain for it. This is not a 5 star experience in my view.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu in Bucharest and had a good experience from start to finish. The hotel struck a perfect balance between comfort and value. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. As it was a birthday booking, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the executive floor – a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel even more special. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. One of the highlights was the free mini bar, and prosecco which was well-stocked and a rare perk that added to the overall sense of hospitality. The location is also a big plus – centrally located, with easy access to many of Bucharest’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s a very convenient base. Prices were reasonable for a hotel of this standard, and considering the extras included, I felt it offered great value. I would absolutely recommend the Radisson Blu Bucharest to anyone looking for a stylish, well-located, and welcoming place to stay in the city. I’ll definitely be returning!

Unfortunately I was not advised about the booking system for the outdoor pool, the indoor pool was closed for maintenance also there was no hand/body wash provided as it had run out and this was not checked efficiently beforehand. With the hot weather we were looking forward to using the pool facilities.

Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service We stayed at Radisson Blu Bucharest for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. Our suite room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished, offering great comfort for our family trip. The airport transfer service was smooth and punctual, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the Guest Relations team, especially Mihaela Tudor, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our stay. She assisted us with every detail — from room arrangements to planning a small birthday celebration for a family member, which turned out to be truly memorable and beautifully organized. We are very grateful for the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. Highly recommended for both business and family stays in Bucharest.

The location was excellent, the reception staff very friendly. The building and lobby area was lovely

The room temperature was too hot. Ac didn't work, and even though we mentioned at the reception, nothing was done during our 3 night stay. Room cleaning was done too late in the day. We came back from the spa trip at around 3:30 and our room was not cleaned. The cleaner came at 4:30, so we had to wait in the lobby for 2 hrs which we would have liked to be relaxing in the room..

The hotel is great. The location is excellent. The design of the room is very simple, but comfortable. Good bed. Nice bathroom. We had an upgrade to the junior suite, which had both a shower and a bathtub. We also had lounge access- it has small snacks during lunch time, and alcoholic beverages in the afternoon. On the day of check out, we had a very late flight, and the hotel authorized a late check out which was great. Good breakfast, big variety. Ate at the sushi restaurant, which was good. They have an indoor pool. They also have an outside beach club, which is separately charged and not included in the room rate. You can go in for half a day (10-16 or 16-22) or a full day. The separate charge may be a bit upsetting, but it makes the beach club very calm, not too many kids, very well organized.

Nothing really…

My wife and I stayed on the 6th floor and it was very quiet as far as outside noise. The room was spacious and we had more than enough room in the bathroom for our toiletries. The shower was very user friendly which is not always the case at many hotels. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept great the entire time. We liked the location as it was close to old town (15 min walk) and the limited shopping that is available in Bucharest. Also they have one of the better gyms a hotel will have.

We had no significant issues worth mentioning during our stay.

Good location, the lounge on the 8th floor is excellent, the hotel lobby is nice.

Junior suite - very basic, it was not as clean as expected- especially the bathroom, the furniture is a little worn, smart tv has a problem with the internet and can't watch any other application except tv programs, the hotel pool has the least number of hotel guests and more people outside the hotel who pay to enter. The pool is divided into swimming lanes that are used for training, so the gests are left with a very narrow space in the pool. The pool reception staff is unprofessional, inhospitable and unpleasant. They took the card from the room as a deposit and if they read the card and determined that I was a hotel guest. I don't want to think what they could have done with my room card while I was at the pool.
