Location is very convenient, beds were okay. The window view rather unpleasant, it shows some abandoned yard with a lot of trash. Room heating system either making it too warm or too cold and nothing in between. We didn’t stay for breakfast but from the first glimpse it looked good with plenty of options.

Sadly, bathroom was dirty (dusty surfaces, dirty bathtub). I wouldn’t risk taking a bath there.

Location, staff, breakfast and facilities are good quality.

There was lots of noise on the floor during the weekend, with people coming back from partying at 2am and not being very respectful of others sleeping. Heat was somehow difficult to control, I am not sure whether the in-room control worked or they controlled it from elsewhere - it was sometimes too hot, sometimes not.

The room was extremely clean and had everything that we needed in terms of toiletries. The hotel was in an excellent location which was accessible to many places such as supermarkets, restaurant's, cafes, and exchange offices for currency. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming and supported us throughout our stay for anything we needed.

There is nothing that we did not like!

Good cleaning and modern hotel at very good position in the middle of the most popular street with bars and restaurants. Public transport just outside the door. Eat and sleep in places on this famous street. Helpful staff with good english, just missing a little smile and greeting (common in the country). Specially the men were active and did a good job at morning and night. Good variation tv channels. Air conditioning works nice without any issues.

The breakfast was ok, not great. Missing labels on meat and similar items. Noise from traffic and bars can be disturbing in the lower floors, decreases at night, but bring earplugs. Bad smell from the drain in the bathroom sometimes. Hotels own bar and the restaurant is closed, but there is many nearby. Little narrow in the room.

The room was a good size, not too small, not too big. Comfy bed. Quiet fridge with a free bottle of water. Enough space to put away your clothes. The bathrobe and slipper are a nice touch. Great view. Great location, everything is easily reachable by foot: bars, restaurants, museums, shops, parks,... It takes less than 30min to walk to the old town. Breakfast was really good: great austrian coffee, tasty cheese, fresh fruit, pain au chocolat, different types of bread,... everything you need! You can eat at the hotel until 15:00. In the evening you'll find restaurants nearby or you order food with apps like glovo if you prefer to stay in.

Unfortunately because of the huge glass windows it got quite hot in the room. It is also noisy because of trafic, even on a higher floor. We still liked the room though. At breakfast, the omelet was cold, they're not kept warm.

The staff especially Dragcous he was very nice. Made our morning very special

I love the breakfast, but maybe try to change the menu from time to time. I love the bed, it was really comfortable and I really had a good rest! I saw that others say that it's not a quiet place to stay, but it was a really good place and peaceful at night. It is very near to the center and you can visit most of the good restaurants and shop by walking. It is near to a park where you can also sit and just relax for a bit. The staff are very approachable, they are helpful and always attentive to their guests. You can also order lunch from the hotel (of course its not free) but still good because you can order. All in all its a very nice place and would really recommend it.

I dont have much to say, the only thing is the water, sometimes it can be really hot and even if you switch it to cold water, its still hot and it can be really annoying, but all in all its okay.

The hotel was approximately a 15minutes drive from the airport. We were able to check in early (we had asked for this prior to the trip). We had booked a triple room, it was so spacious and the bigger bed was so comfortable. There was a good choice of food at breakfast, and at a reasonable cost (we hadn't included this in the cost of the booking).

My friend slept on a single bed, it had an uncomfortable dip in the mattress. The view from our room wasn't the best but it really isn't anything to complain about as we could close the privacy sheers and we really weren't in the room long enough to 'admire the view'.

Breakfast is very good great selection.

Cant fault the hotel.cleaniness and staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing was there was a mistake when booking us in they had me as a nichola king in room 804 so when we went down for breakfast it wasnt down for us to have it as they had me down as the wrong person as im not nichole king my last names king and we should of been in room 807 but problem resolved. Didnt change room as i dont think there was any difference in rooms. Lady on reception during the day was so helpful and kind and resovled the problem. She also resolved the problem on checking out as it was down we had a sprite and a fanta but we didnt not have this as both of us dont like fizzy drinks. But all was ok didnt ruin our trip. Would stay they again.
