Location is very convenient, beds were okay. The window view rather unpleasant, it shows some abandoned yard with a lot of trash. Room heating system either making it too warm or too cold and nothing in between. We didn’t stay for breakfast but from the first glimpse it looked good with plenty of options.

Sadly, bathroom was dirty (dusty surfaces, dirty bathtub). I wouldn’t risk taking a bath there.

Location, staff, breakfast and facilities are good quality.

There was lots of noise on the floor during the weekend, with people coming back from partying at 2am and not being very respectful of others sleeping. Heat was somehow difficult to control, I am not sure whether the in-room control worked or they controlled it from elsewhere - it was sometimes too hot, sometimes not.

The room was extremely clean and had everything that we needed in terms of toiletries. The hotel was in an excellent location which was accessible to many places such as supermarkets, restaurant's, cafes, and exchange offices for currency. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming and supported us throughout our stay for anything we needed.

There is nothing that we did not like!

I love the breakfast, but maybe try to change the menu from time to time. I love the bed, it was really comfortable and I really had a good rest! I saw that others say that it's not a quiet place to stay, but it was a really good place and peaceful at night. It is very near to the center and you can visit most of the good restaurants and shop by walking. It is near to a park where you can also sit and just relax for a bit. The staff are very approachable, they are helpful and always attentive to their guests. You can also order lunch from the hotel (of course its not free) but still good because you can order. All in all its a very nice place and would really recommend it.

I dont have much to say, the only thing is the water, sometimes it can be really hot and even if you switch it to cold water, its still hot and it can be really annoying, but all in all its okay.

the location of the hotel was vert good close to all amenities

The beds were a tad hard & the noise of the traffic could even be heard very clearly on the 6th floor the cleaners hoovering out side yoir door every morning early & hitting off the door while cleaning. ONE VERY IMPORTANT THING IS the hotel has a ticket machine that you use for a taxi service in my opinion DO NOT USE IT the drive we got tried to rip us off & the car that he used was not road worthy for sure. I USED THE TAXI APP BOLT BUT YOU CAN USE UBER TOO THERE I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE USING THEM.

Breakfast is very good great selection.

Cant fault the hotel.cleaniness and staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing was there was a mistake when booking us in they had me as a nichola king in room 804 so when we went down for breakfast it wasnt down for us to have it as they had me down as the wrong person as im not nichole king my last names king and we should of been in room 807 but problem resolved. Didnt change room as i dont think there was any difference in rooms. Lady on reception during the day was so helpful and kind and resovled the problem. She also resolved the problem on checking out as it was down we had a sprite and a fanta but we didnt not have this as both of us dont like fizzy drinks. But all was ok didnt ruin our trip. Would stay they again.

The location is really great; you can turn left out of the hotel and walk straight for about half an hour to reach the Old Town. If you turn right, you can also get to the squares and gardens. The cleanliness was excellent. Since they hadn’t switched to winter mode yet, the air conditioning wasn’t working, but when I mentioned it, they quickly brought me an extra blanket. Everyone at the reception and the housekeeping staff were friendly and polite.

As I was traveling alone and didn’t stay in the hotel for long, it wasn't an issue for me, but the room was a bit small.

Location is right spot if you are looking for balance between being in the centre and staying comfortable while being in the business driven busy mode. Easy to access to Victoria street made our business travel easier to wait for cab or call for taxi. It is way easier to board and navigate your driver if you are staying there rather than being in the less known area of the city or complex access because of the road junction or complicated traffic… So all credits to the hotel comfort, ambiance and location!

Not anything worth to write about, indeed minor things compared to all benefits😊

The position is perfect to visit the city. The room was clean and the bed was confortable.

During the night, some rumors come from the other room closed to ours, but luckly they did not last so much.
