I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. The big TV screen was a nice touch for some downtime. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. I appreciated the option of luggage storing and the overall cleanliness of the property. The option for an early check-in was a welcome convenience. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

While my overall experience was positive, one aspect that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connectivity. I found the internet speed to be a bit inconsistent during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially when trying to stay connected for work. It would be great if the hotel could enhance the Wi-Fi reliability to ensure a smoother online experience for guests.

We stayed at the hotel immediately on arrival in Bucharest and the day before flying home. This is a proper hotel with a manned reception, even though we arrived quite late. There is a bar so we could have a relaxing drink on site. We didn’t book breakfast in advance but bought off menu on all the mornings of our stay. Our first room was very nice; comfortable bed; good shower; clean and quiet. The room on our second stay was quite palatial with armchairs and some original features. Staff were friendly and competent., helping with bags when necessary. The hotel is located close to bus routes, including the airport bus. The walk into town is not far if you are reasonably ambient. Otherwise use Bolt or Uber for the short journey.

We miss the kettle that is usual in U K hotels but less common elsewhere.

Good value for the money, good location, helpful staff. In the morning it smells a bit like food from the kitchen.

Positioned in a residential neighborhood and away from noise and traffic, the hotel has friendly multi-lingual staff and is very clean. The a-la-cart breakfast was varied and good and the bar was well stocked. The central heating worked very well in the winter.

The elevator did not work, the stairs are narrow and it could be challenging to carry large luggage on them, the bed pillows were too hard and some minor plumbing components like the shower holder could use new parts. Also, the rugs in the rooms were somewhat worn and would lift when pulling heavy luggage against them.

I loved the room decor and the ambiance. I thought it was a really nice hotel room and the hotel itself is decorated very nicely. I loved the cats! It was so nice to see them! The location is excellent, half way between Piata Romana and Piata Victoriei. Did not try the breakfast but heard good things about it.

The one small problem is that the bathroom shower drain kept popping off. I also would have liked more substantial bathroom toiletries, but for the room price it's a very good value.

This was a nice hotel in a great location (central but quiet). The staff were very friendly and the decor was cozy and unique. The only issues were that the room was very hot (even at the beginning of April). I had to open both windows yet it was still hot and sticky at night. Also, the bathroom was rather old fashioned. Other than those two things, everything was really great and I enjoyed my stay.

rooms were clean room had smart tv with netflix option staff were helpful, polite, and attentive to any questions we had. breakfast was tasty and open between 7am and 11am it is located very central to bucharest city - 30 minute walk to old town (palace of parliament, etc.) - 10 minute walk from the natural history museum - 45 minute walk from the dimitri gusto museum.

sadly I came late from a flight at 2 am and nobody came to open after 15 mins had to go somewhere else the first night, they did respond later but it’s 5 mins too late, me being a foreigner being in Eastern Europe for first time in a dark street had little time to wait after that everything great

To reach Bucharest I had flown via two airports and been travelling for nearly 20 hours. I arrived at check-in and was immediately greeted by a friendly member of staff and seconds later by a second who presented me with a small cup of hot milky tea. Such a simple thing to do. That tea was so refreshing and such a lovely start to my stay after a long day of travelling. That has never happened to me when I stay at 4 or 5 star hotels.

For the price, nothing.

We got such a warm welcome to the hotel from the staff - they were all so nice. The rooms are clean, comfortable and a decent size. The location is pretty good - it's tucked away a couple of minutes' walk off a main road so it's quiet but easy enough for transport links (bus) and it's easy to get a Bolt car if you don't want to walk into the main areas like the Old Town (around 20 mins walk).

Literally the only thing that would have made this a better experience would have been to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, otherwise it was great.
