+big, spacious room with balcony, +clean, + tv with a lot of channels, kettle tea and coffee, + fridge with drinks, + great, spacious bathroom, + amenity kits with everything you need, + shampoo/hand soap/conditioner, + quiet location, + close to the centre, + very good selection for breakfast (savoury: Romanian specialities: cheeses or sausages; sweets: pancakes or pastries or more light: chia pudding, yogurt), strong and tasty coffee, + very quick and polite breakfast service team, - the only downfall was the checking in experience which took a bit too long in my opinion. The only things left for guests to do and wait for should be to scan the passports and sign the documents… instead we were waiting a bit for printing, checking and paying… but that’s the only minus

I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning 5-star hotel, and I must say, it offers exceptional value for money compared to other luxury hotels. The room was incredibly spacious, creating a truly comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any need or request we had. Located in a central area, the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with everything you need right at your doorstep. The breakfast was of excellent quality, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The desserts deserve a special mention! The tiramisu and apple pie we enjoyed were simply delightful, and at such a great price — truly a sweet treat. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep and leaving us fully recharged each morning. All in all, this hotel offers outstanding service, comfort, and luxury at a price that’s hard to beat for a 5-star experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and affordable stay in the heart of the city!

The location is good, close to nice quarter of Bucharest with fancy bars and restaurants. Close with Uber to city center. Comfortable free of charge underground parking for central hotel. Spacious quiet rooms with balconies looking over a garden with pool. Bathroom is also very big and comfortable.

The lobby is a bit worn out - carpets, sofas and has no life in it. Dark and no bar or atmosphere. Tables in front of the entrance were dirty with full ashtrays. The bed in the room is creaking. The hotel was built as 5* but mainatanance doesn't look like 5*.

Marshal Garden Hotel is a new building featuring large rooms. The bathroom is split into a toilet room (with direct acces to the balcony), shower room and a sink area, that is part of the room. The beds are large and soft, and the restaurant at the 6th floor offers an amazing breakfast. The hotel is located within a block, thus not facing the street and therefore quiet. It is conveniently placed close to Piata Romana, where the airport bus 100 makes a stop. most of the sightseeing places of Bucharest are within 1 hour on foot from the hotel.

The room was great, very beautiful and comfortable. Amazing bed, huge bathroom and 2 balconies. Great location with a supermarket right across the street and many cafes etc. nearby, approx. 25 min walking distance to the Old Town. Breakfast is good. Once we left very early and received a nice lunch package instead. Staff is friendly and helpful. We got early check-in and late check-out (2h each) free of charge.

WiFi in our room (402) was very weak. Breakfast times are short, especially on weekends (8:00-10:00).

True value for money! They had a weekend offer running because of which I got an incredible deal. Old town is 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. I was absolutely fine to walk that much. It’s better in a way that you stay away from the noisy streets of old during the night. Nearest bus stop/metro station Piata Romana is around 8-10 minutes walk and has frequent buses to and from the airport. You also have currency exchange right in front of Piata Romana bus stop open 24x7. Hotel allows for checkin 24x7. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Very highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The room was very large, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh food. We also had a delicious meal at the restaurant, including a very good ciorbă de văcuță (traditional Romanian sour beef soup), tasty salads, pasta, apple pie, and tiramisu. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Good value for money, good breakfast, nice and quiet room, helpful staff, comfy mattresses, good facilities in the room, location is ok. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

The checkout time was changed the day we arrived without advance notice which impacted our schedule. We booked a twin room but on arrival received a double-bed room. The room was helpfully and quickly changed to twin following our request to reception. We had to wait until evening to get access to the parking because of an event at the hotel. That was not a surprise, though, as the hotel informed about this in advance. There was a strange smell in the corridor (but not in the rooms) The glass walls of the bathroom were not soundproof at all, but we were ready to that. It may be uncomfortable for people who need more privacy while in the bathroom.

I visit Bucharest often and this time I was exposed to the Marshall Garden Hotel. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is clean and pleasant, located in a quiet area. The breakfast is adequate. The staff is generous and ready to help. All facilities are in excellent condition. Full value for money. Highly recommended... I believe I will come back again....

Clean and confortable room. well positioned. Nice staff.

The central heating did not work except for common areas (where it was too hot). The room airco would only work a couple of hours continuously. Therefore after being away the whole day one would come back to a reasonably cold room (especially if the temperatures are on the low side). The breakfast was poor and poorer as days passed by.
