Good breakfast, served in the room exactly at the time requested! Host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, from our arrival at the location utill we left! The rooms can be improved in places (eg. power plugs that were loose making difficult to plug in and keep electronics on charge) but overall offer a good value for money! The room is quiet even though is in the heart of the city, with excellent access to amenities well linked to the rest of the city via public transport! If you looking just for a place to put your head down, in the heart of the city and with good connections via public transport, this is a place to consider as it really offers good value for money!

Power plugs were loose and require immediate attention and also there was no kettle to boil water available in the room - this has been replaced by a hot water dispenser made available in the hallway!

The place was comfortable and I was picked up from the airport by the owner of the hotel, he was a very warm and friendly person. The day after arriving I was going on a tour which ment I had to leave at 6.30 am so I would miss breakfast, instead they made me a lovely packed lunch for my trip which was lovely and very much appreciated. They really care about there clients and would recommend them to friends and family wanting to go to Bucharest. Can't thank them enough for making a solo female traveller feel safe and looked after in a strange city. Thank you🙏🙏 Kirsty

We had a triple room. Very close to different transportation options, the lady was very nice and even cleaned our room when we asked not to :D You'll receive keys to your room a for the front entrance. The breakfast was very rich with different types of stuff, I really loved the paradise biscuit, couldn't find it in the shops. There's a cooler to fill your water bottle. Highly recommended

Not in the center, but there's a metro, buses and trams in just 5 mins of walk! No lift sadly The paper on the receipt machine ended when we paid and it seemed like the card didn't go through (When it did), we insisted to check with the owner. Luckily it was confirmed as we were 5 seconds before being double charged. I do believe this is an honest mistake since the lady doesn't speak English and the machine was shouting in English that it's out of paper. Google translate saved us all :)

The hostess of the hotel is very friendly 🙂 I stayed one night at Casa Sofia. She immediately asked me when to bring breakfast and brought it at the proper time 🕰 Breakfast is good, rich - scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables, bread, butter, sausage, cheese, yoghurt 🍽 The room is clean, comfortable. The air conditioning works ❄ The room also has a fridge and TV, but I didn't check if they work. The location is very convenient. Ștefan cel Mare metro station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel Ⓜ At the time of my stay there was renovation work going on from early morning, it was a bit noisy, but not critical! It was quiet and peaceful at night - fortunately there is no busy motorway nearby.

No hot water in the room. I wanted to take a shower after the flight, but it wasn't possible to do 🚿 The sockets are in very bad condition. I had to make an effort to put the Powerbank on charge overnight. No drinks served for breakfast unfortunately - neither hot nor cold. Good thing I had water and juice with me 🥤

Metro station within 200m, which is a treasure to avoid the busy traffic of Bucharest. Close to the centrum for tourists. Close to North of the city if you need to get to some corporates. Many public institutions in the area. Many foreign embassies. Even some private and public hospitals.

Requires some insecticides, but also I know that was a very warm summer in România and insects devolve rapidly at this time of the year.

The host was very warm and welcoming, like a mother. She was very punctual and very helpfull.

The host was extremely nice and understanding - especially in our difficult case because of some technical problems with payment during check in. I am really grateful for the friendly and human full approach of the hotel owner, it was personal and full of attention. The room also was excellent, and breakfast was really tasty. Highly recommend.

The location was good, near a lovely park called Parcul Circului. 5 minutes from the metro station Stefan cel Mare. The neighbourhood was quite and green. The lady at reception was very welcoming and nice, and she brought a tasty breakfast to my room in the morning. I enjoyed my stay at Casa Sofia and would come there again.

The owners were very kind and attentive to your needs. Breakfast was decent with lots of food provided. Bed was comfortable and location was close to the metro station.

Friendly host, good breakfast. Hygienic and clean room and size room and comfortable bed.

The breakfast you eat in your room but I couldn't sit comfortably cause my legs didn't fit under the table.
