The staff were really friendly, it was extremely clean and the location was brilliant, not too central but accessible enough.

Access to the massage service was poor. The bar service was brilliant when the experienced bar tenders were working but it was evident to see then they had filled the shift with inexperienced workers. I had an experience where the women staff didn’t know how to make a Hugo asked the room service man to make it - he made it extremely well (to perfection) but wanted us to pay for the one she made which was returned to her. That was an example of poor Customer service.

we were upgraded from double room to appartment. the view is not great, but since it is in the middle of the city, this is quite normal. the lobby is very nice, also the guys who served us were extremely careful and professional is serving drinks.

it would be great to have a jacuzzy instead of a normal bathtub :) also, the girl at the reception was a little too rough in attending customers

All staff were uniformly friendly, efficient, and helpful. The hotel breakfast was exceptional. The location was perfect for us. The room was spacious and very clean.

The shower in our room was very poorly designed. Without a shower curtain and with a tub surround that tilted toward the inside of the room we flooded the bathroom floor several times. We finally discovered that by placing a towel on the ledge we could redirect the water back into the tub and avoid flooding.

The Sheraton brand name and everything that comes with it

Some front desk employees were a little rude. I understand that there was an international conference in Bucharest (the hotel was full) but it does not justify to be rude or not providing the Wifi code upon check-in. We travelers are overwhelmed by flights, transfer etc... The employees should be trained to providing the Wifi code knowing that we are distracted. I went back to the front desk and the employee was rude in showing me the little desk sign showing the Wifi code. Same thing with booking a taxi. They seemed annoyed by the request.

The staff was amazing and very attentive- probably the best service I've ever had at a hotel. They helped us with whatever we needed and were very kind. Our room got upgraded and was beyond our expectations. Very large, clean, great view of the city. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was open for a long time. Overall, we had an amazing stay.

The pool was really nice, but could have been a little bigger. Maybe also would have been nice to have a hot tub or jacuzzi. It's hard to think of things to improve. We enjoyed our stay very much. We don't really have complaints.

UPON ARRIVAL ( 12.30 ) THE POLICY IS CHECK IN TIME AT 15.00 , A VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST (FEMALE ) TOLD US THAT SHE WOULD TRY ! TO HAVE OUR ROOM READY BY 16.00 !!! UNACCEPTABLE. THE MALE RECEPTIONIST WAS HELPFUL AND GAVE US AN EXEC. LOUNGE ACCESS CARD SO THAT WE CAN WAIT UNTIL OUR ROOM WAS READY.

Everyone we encounter was excellent!!! Beds super comfy, breakfast staff amazing! Food amazing! Wonderful front desk and door men ! Housekeeping are excellent!!!!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!!! We will definitely be back !!!! Great location as well!

The shower , door too small, water flooded out every time we used! Our housekeeping staff was excellent with providing extra towels due to the amount of water on our floor after every shower! Only negative experience at hotel ! This should be fixed could really fall on wet floor
