+ This hotel is just awesome. + They did my laundry, on a hot spring day + Rooms are clean and stylish + Breakfast is good + There is a good local restaurant on same street + For some reason I got upgraded to room with a balcony + Staff is super helpful

- Location is not optimal for touristy things, but I do recommend the restaurant down the street - Building is concrete building of its age, and not that pretty - Also the street is not that scenic, but sitting in the balcony was very nice in the mornings - Also busses don't go there, you have to walk a bit.. Metro station is 10min walk.

The hotel is very good and clean. Rooms are large and comfortable, with a balcony. Breakfast was amazing with everything you need and the coffee was great. Beds are comfortable and the stuff was great. I loved that fact there's a massage chair in the lobby. Awesome!

I didn’t like the fact that there isn’t even a single hook in the bathroom to hang anything, and there isn’t even one shelf in the shower, which is really inconvenient because there’s nowhere to put soap or shampoo. Also, the shower is missing a door, which is really weird and uncomfortable since the water splashes outside. The location is far from the center and the old town, but the taxi is cheap.

Very clean and tidy. Staff spoke excellent English and were very attentive and helpful. I also loved the quirkiness of the place with bright colours and lighting. The electric beds were a novelty and actually was very handy when wanting to sit up in bed and read.

Not an awful lot to be honest. The location and views out of the window were to be desired but then I expected that from a city centre location in a busy residential area. I booked for easy access to the city centre not for a lovely view as was sightseeing most of the day and night. The ramp at the front of the hotel was far too steep to try and get a suitcase up and had to navigate a flight of stairs before we reached the lift but the hotel receptionist very kindly took our bags up.

Good location, good sized rooms, bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch, and the beds had a cool function where you could raise or lower the top or bottom section. The wifi was good, and they left bottles of water in the room which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good and had a huge range of cereals. We also got individual toiletries and hygiene kits which were great. Perfect value for money, and the staff were lovely.

The room was a little dated and the shower was a wet room so the whole room flooded but otherwise no complaints. For the price it was excellent value.

Very helpful staff. Amazingly helpful in arranging taxis which turned up within 5 minutes max. Never seen such a variety of fruit cereal and nuts to go with yogurt plus cake biscuits continental breakfast. Well stocked bar. Bedrooms immaculately clean and comfortable. Took a good 30 minutes to walk into the old town but as I said taxis were excellent at just 12 Lei (£2)

Everything

I had a great stay at Hotel Christina. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent — right in the center of Bucharest, with everything within walking distance. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was truly amazing: tasty, varied, and freshly prepared. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall calm, welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again

Adjustable beds, so you can sit or lie down, also raise your legs, colourful lights in room apart from standard (blue in room, green shower head, purple by the toilet), cosmetics supplied, fantastic breakfast ( lots of varietes and all delicious), fridge in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location perfect ( we did 30 minutes walk to old town), shops and restaurants near by. If I am ever back in Bucharest, I'm staying only there.

I liked everything

An excellent hotel – small and quiet, offering great value for money. The staff was kind and helpful, everything was clean, and the breakfast was really good with a nice variety. Our requests were fulfilled, and they even offered to prepare sandwiches for us when we left the hotel early in the morning.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but it's a quiet area.

Excellent location, close to city center, metro, tram, shops, restaurants. Clean, great breakfast, great service. Very friendly hotel, including for solo travelers.

Nothing to dislike really, just a heads up to those traveling by car that parking is an issue in the area (paid public spaces available close to the hotel, but very busy area so not really available)

Clean & fresh looking hotel. The lady on reception was fantastic so helpful with the many questions we put to her. Hotel located just 5 minutes from piata romana…from metro links & tour pick ups. The beds…wow best I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was really good, literally something for everyone. All in all a fabulous hotel would definitely recommend & stay again should I visit Bucharest.
