The location of the hotel is in a very pleasant and quiet residential neighborhood. The hotel staff is very nice. The room itself is spacious enough and the bathroom is nicely decorated.

The hotel is small and simple, there is no lobby, you enter the hotel and there is a small reception desk and to your right is the dining room. It bothered me that the room could not be locked from the inside for safety. In my opinion it is a 3 star hotel, maybe 3.5, but no more.

Overall, everything was okay. The room was clean and comfortable, offering all the basic amenities you’d expect. The bed was soft, and the bathroom was spotless, which made for a pleasant stay. The staff were polite and efficient, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also convenient, close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to get around. While nothing stood out as exceptional, it was a solid and reliable stay that met all my expectations. A good choice for a straightforward, hassle-free experience.

Rooms could be cleaner at check-in. Not enough space to put your luggage and clothes on. There is no other piece of furniture except the beds and a couple of small night stands, so we ended up leaving our bags on the floor and our clothes on top of them. Not enough cloth hangers in the wardrobes.

The position of the hotel is great, near a lot of restaurants and Victoria metro station. The room was warm ( I travelled in december), clean and the bed very confortable.

They don't have a large variety of food at breakfast and very small amounts of it. For example , at 8am there were only 4 boiled eggs and seven people having their breakfast. They did not bring more boiled eggs or butter which was missing. However, it was tasty.

The location is incredibly convenient, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. These two factors were crucial in choosing this place as my accommodation.

This place has been my go-to choice for short-term accommodation in Bucharest for a number of years. However, over time, I've noticed a decline in the quality of services. There is a noticeable lack of attention to detail (e.g., the state of the room furniture and decorations), and the room cleaning could be improved.

Nice new hotel, very cosy and clean, large rooms and bathrooms. Free car parking available on the street without problems just outside the hotel (it was a weekend so things may be different during the business week). Soundproofing of the doors to the rooms is not particularly good so nosies from the staircase could be heard but ultimately it was not a real problem. We have not had the chance to test the breakfast, which is optional, but the offered price seemed reasonbale and the breakfast area seemed nice.

Some renovations of the facade were going on and there was a scaffolding around the building. We were waken up one day at 8:00 a.m. by construction works. I hope however this is a temporary problem and would not persist.

I liked it less than other times when I stayed. They used to have a restaurant which it was convenient to have it inside the hotel, plus the quality of the food was good. Breakfast used to offer more some years ago. The price was very good, so overall I had a good experience.

The location of the hotel is really nice and so is the hotel itself. The rooms are nicely designed and quite comfortable.

There are no proper parking spots next to the hotel, although public parking is available less than 5 minutes of walking from the hotel. There is indeed an issue with the soundproofing of the rooms. Some neighbours decided to check out early and I could hear everything, which woke me up a few hours earlier than I would have wanted.

Bed is very comfy, room is extremely clean and i am very demanding when it comes to cleanliness, large windows that make the room bright, lovely room design and last but not least friendly staff. The housekeeper who moved us from one room to another was extremely friendly, helpful and competent.

Rooms are quite small, although hotel location is great you cannot sleep with open windows due to traffic noise from nearby main bulevard and dog barking, however no noise goes through with closed windows.

Two things only, but they are a bit off: 1. headrest of the bed is in a nice velvet-textile like material in turquoise color… BUT, in my room there were clear stains on it. I noticed that the last morning only, otherwise i would say something. because the stains were pretty much close the ones our bodily fluids make - if you kniw what i mean. And those was not from myself. I hope it was from cleaning stuff or yoghurt ir whatever.. 2. Breakfast costed me 1/4 of my night rate. And buffet for that price should offer a few more ingredients as it does (cheese, ham, eggs, yoghurt, müsli + juice)
