Super location and access to all the facilities at Radisson Blu, through a covered walkway which is great considering the snow! The staff were fantastic at both hotels, really attentive and actually took the term 'hospitality' to heart. Delicious breakfast with all you could want. And i got a free upgrade to a studio which was awesome - very large room and comfortable.

The common areas of the hotel are a bit old and could do with an upgrade. Reception is pefect, room is perfect. The corridors and lifts were scuffed and a bit old. The rug on the room floors were stained and old. But that was minor as facilities and rooms (which is what matters so I get where they spent their money) were in perfect working and cosmetic order.

I really liked stay at this hotel every time when I arrived in Bucharest ,I m choosing this hotel ,due the location on the heart of Bucharest close to the Ateneu , for a very nice helpful friendly & professional staff – The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff always being welcoming, helpful, and attentive to guests’ needs I received a upgrade and that was a good surprise .The apartment was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I stayed in the red area .

We got a free upgrade to a big, beautiful one-bedroom apartment when we arrived, which was a really nice surprise. The hotel is in a great location, and the front desk staff were super friendly. They even let us park right out front for a few minutes to check in and drop off our luggage before returning our rental car—really appreciated that. The bed was super comfy, the sheets were high quality, and the overall design of the room was cozy and thoughtful.

There were quite a few small issues that added up: • The shower leaked a lot—water all over the bathroom floor. • No shelf in the shower to place soaps or shampoo. • No cup for toothbrushes. • Some lights didn’t work in the room and bathroom. • The toilet flush button didn’t work properly. • The hot water ran out mid-shower. • Reading lights weren’t secured properly. • No extra pillows or blankets in the closet. These are small things, but they really affect the comfort level. We were honestly surprised to find these kinds of issues in a hotel that’s part of the Radisson chain.

The facilities where great, we had full use of the gym and spa which was great because we cancelled our hotel because it didn’t have a sauna or pool. We didn’t actually use the pool. You have to wear a swimming cap, which I’m cool with the rules but my husband is bald and was told he didn’t have to have then we felt judged by the locals. Was no biggy though. All good. That was the only small negative which the gym isn’t run by the hotel. We got an upgrade on our room which was a really nice touch considering we were celebrating my husbands birthday. We got a card and cake to the rook to on the day of his birthday which was a great touch. We had breakfast included, once we found the breakfast room. The hotel is a bit of a maze. Breakfast is delicious, lots of hot and cold options, great quality food and lots of options with lots of tea & coffee options.

Was a little bit of a maze with lots of different corridors but ok once you’d got the hang of it. Duvet could have been better.

My nearly month experience at the hotel was a great experience, the only thing that I would suggest would be really keeping up on the requested to the room service, on a regular biases I found my self going downstairs to the main desk to ask for certain services that I had asked from my room phone, but these services were not taken seriously .. even at times waiting up to an hour just to get coffee and sugar,. other then that they treated me very well.

Nice room with a balcony (great option for smokers :)). Good breakfast and excellent position in the center. In direct interactions the staff is very friendly.

If you are attending a conference taking place at the Radisson, there is no elevator between the 2 locations, it is difficult for a disabled person to access the stairs. Staff is very difficult to answer the phone on the internal line, I called 3 times at different times until someone answered.

Absolutely lovely staff, especially the longer-haired guy at the reception who did so much to make sure we are happy. Large room/apartment and clean as well.

Only one pair of slippers in the room, I think they could add a second one in case people are traveling in pairs. The hotel is right next to a church - we visited on a weekend and could hear the church bells quite clearly - if you're a light sleeper you might need ear plugs.

I liked the interaction with the staff and the breakfast was excellent, I would have not needed more. The bathroom was very good.

The room was pretty good but I thought the money was a bit too much. It was generally clean but the walls looked like they have not been painted for a while and the bed pane was worn out. What was a bit of a probleam was that the bells from the church next door were loud almost every half an hour, making sleeping difficult. I was in the yellow building. Maybe somewhere else in the hotel is not that loud.

The staff were amazing and the room was great. The security guards really made you feel like they were looking after the place and were also great to talk to. The only bad I had was in my room my refrigerator did not work, but I also didn’t ask them to come fix it so I doubt there would have been a problem if I had. So all in all it was a great stay. Thank you to the team.

Good spacious rooms, comfortable accommodation, amenities as listed on the website, internet speeds were serviceable but not particularly impressive. Good breakfast spread. Friendly helpful hotel staff.

The hallways on our floor got briefly a little loud late at night due to some rowdy guests (likely arriving after a night at the bar) on two night. But this wasn't a huge deal as the noisiness was brief and restricted to some sections. It's unlikely the hotel could've done something about such things anyway as it's a matter of guests' personal responsibility to be kind to other guests. The bedrooms were at least well removed from the corridors and very quiet once you were inside the bedrooms and comfortable. All things considered no complaints.
