A spacious room which was cleaned daily. All the facilities you would need and easy to check in. We were able to leave our bags there after checkout on our final day and staff were friendly and helpful. We booked extremely last minute - on the day as we were let down by our original accommodation, and they were able to facilitate all our needs.

It isn't right in the centre so about a 30 minute walk if you want to get into the old town, which we were absolutely fine to do during the day but wouldn't feel safe walking late at night. Breakfast options were quite limited and underwhelming but I didn't book with that as a priority as there are loads of cafes in Bucharest where you can sit and have breakfast.

A great place that fully lived up to its star rating and our expectations. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large bathroom and windows facing the quiet inner courtyard. The location is convenient — within walking distance of the city center. The hotel offers secure parking inside (paid) and very near free parking just outside. Breakfast was served as a buffet with a wide variety of dishes. There’s also an on-site bar for a relaxing evening.

Convenient location. The room was spacious, very clean and warm.The staff is polite,speaking good English. The food in the restaurant was delicious and at good price.

The furniture was a bit old fashioned. The night lamps were far from the bed - not possible to switch on,you need to get off the bed.

The parking lot is not too big so we had to park the car on the street. The praking is free on the street and there are lot of possibilty for parking around the hotel so the max. walking distance was 50m.

The location is pretty good, not too far from centre. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to go to the centre and back. The cleaning service was excellent, towels were changed and the amenities replenished every day, the room was kept clean. The breakfast was satisfying and the staff at the restaurant very polite. Alex at the Reception was nice. The room was always warm due to the central heating, no problems with hot water either. Overall, a comfortable place to stay.

Some personnel at the reception could be friendlier. Generally no major problems occurred. It was a good stay.

Couldn't use the hotel restaurant for dinner as it had been booked out by a bus party. Would not have booked the hotel if I had been informed as it was extremely hot and we had travelled and arrived very early that morning

The room was nice and clean. The location is perfect. Good breakfast.

We didn't have room for parking, so we parked on the closest street. We were not able to control the air-conditioning. Had only settings that were probably centrally controlled.

Please to close the emergency door steers because my son was going to full down because there’s no fans around the steers so keep the door close and the adults can push the door to open it if there’s any emergency

Hotel Parliament deserves its 4 Star rating. The location is central, but without the bustle on, say, Calea Victoriei. The nearest Metro - Eroilor - is seven minutes walk away. The bedroom was spacious, clean, quiet and with very good A/C. The bathroom was first class too. Breakfast is generous. The restaurant has a varied menu and is good value for money. The staff are helpful. At the discount that I got, this was excellent value for money. I definitely would stay again if I returned to Bucharest.
