Clean and location was perfect to get around everywhere

Taxi to the apartment €25 120lei the Taxi back to the airport arranged by reception was €100 500lei, when my Wife rang to ask the hotel they put the phone down on her.

Unfortunately the facilities like spa and pool were shut for repairs and we were told only once we got there. But can’t be helped and didn’t spoil our trip

Perfect location near the centre of Bucharest. The room was clean and the kitchen utensils were quite handy!

The only two things that could be better were: - the fridge could get quite noisy, which is not ideal when ou're trying to sleep - once in a while there would be a smell coming from the shower drain. This was easily sorted by closing the toilet door.

Excellent location smack bang in the centre of Bucharest, 100m from the old town on Calea Victoriei. It is not really an apartment as the kitchen is just a bench with a microwave. It is a hotel room, like a 4 star hotel but excellent value for money, although this might have been because of the time of year (Nov).

The air conditioning didn't work and the heating inside the hotel was permanently on which meant I had to sleep with the windows open, or it was way too hot in the room. The windows are at knee height and open fully so you will hurtle to your death if not careful haha. The gym didn't have any weights over 10kg but did have a multi cable machine, so was more like a cardio suite. The 'spa' was just an indoor pool and jacuzzi, no sauna or anything else, although it was nice!

The location is the best! Next to all the buses that goes to the attractions (castle,Therme etc) with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Room was great and clean, not the same we saw and booked but was similar so we were happy. Despite the stuff not being very friendly to the guests (we were prepared from previous reviews) we would like to shout out to Irina at the reception that was super friendly and always available to help/5* to Irina!

The breakfast was okay.. not very good quality. The stuff avoided to inform us that we can order eggs and we found out on our second day. - and a brochure with breakfast a la cart choices on the table with prices next to every dish.. as it is something you need to pay extra. Totally Misleading as it is included to the breakfast

Excellent location and fantastic facilities. Friendly and welcoming staff, Raluca provided great recomendations and was happy to assist with any questions.

The housekeeping team was very persistent to get into the room in the morning, even though i said that I am sleeping. However, the reception staff dealt with it immediately in an appropriate manner.

Good location. Nicely decorated , brand new apartment with superb furnitures and fantastic bathroom. great amenities.very good breakfast buffet selection with extended a'la carte choice and the gentleman working at breakfast service was very polite, friendly and attentive.

check in not flexible at all. even room was ready they do not provide it before 3pm, not even 10 minutes earlier.strict and serious looking man at reception, not cooperative and not willing to help or open to understand guest's wishes. 1 bedroom apartment on 5th floor in the older building section dark with tiny window ( only 1 narrow ) per room, not enough daylight coming in. bedroom and living room stupidly separated from each other, can not use it properly. spa area nice, but sauna was closed, although advertised.

The location

The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Before you asked a question there answer would be no. Everything we asked for they didn’t even bother to help. They had very bad attitude and didn’t smile once.

Everything was clean and new. Bed was comfortable. Room was very nice

When we went to check in there was an afro-american guy on the reception and he was not so helpful and a little bit rude. Thanks to the lady which came and explain us where is our room, where to go, about the pool and everything

- Easy check in, as they provide password to enter the room. You also send your ID via mail and you can checkin any time. - 24/7 security at the reception. - Room to place your luggage. - The hostel is nice and on overall clean. - It is quite.

- The spa facilities are quite small and could be cleaner. - The sauna was out of operation. Jacuzzi is for max 3 people. - The breakfast is expensive for what it offers. There is tiny buffet with very basic stuff (bread, honey, butter, cheese, peppers, tomatoes) and you can also order a hot dish (which is included if you book it along with the room) or you pay extra.
