Just in the center of Bucharest. Easy to access. Clean and very well-equipped apartment. Our requests about early check-in and some delays at check-out time were accepted without any issue according to availability.

Personally, it was not a problem for us, but the location may disturb those who are not comfortable with the entertainment sounds from the cafes & bars late at night in summer times, especially on weekends

The building in the unit were very well taken care of. It was simple but had everything I needed for my one night stay.

The building is in the very center of Bucharest and while I had no problem sleeping, someone who was a very light sleeper should probably bring ear plugs. I felt the location was very convenient and worth the little bit of ambient noise I experienced.

The apartment is located in a good area, actually in the old town of Bucharest where all amazing restaurants are found. Though the area is very busy and night time there is loud music but the apartment is very quiet, fully sound proof. We stayed apartment no 5 in the second floor and it has all modern amenities. The host was super communicative and check-in was very smooth. If you would like to enjoy great nightlife, restaurants, bars and popular tourist destinations in Bucharest then this place is perfect.

Nothing to mention

The unit is newly renovated and is pretty good for a stay. The units got everything. The owner also very easy to reach and respond quick. Pretty good experience.

The only downside are the restaurants below the units. The restaurants play loud music and the sound transferred to the units and make noise at night. Think the music stopped at 3am or something like that. It is not particularly loud but can be an issue if the travelers are sensitive to noise (these type of travelers will have trouble sleeping).

Really lovely flat, it had everything you need and it was very clean. The host was lovely and quick to answer questions The location it’s in the middle of old town which is great if you want to be within walking distance from all the touristic areas

Being so central it means that you’ll hear music playing outside the window until 5am - it might not be the best location if you’re looking for quiet and rest but great if you’re looking to experience the night life in Bucharest

Clean and comfortable.

The music from the near terraces was a bit loud.

The location was great - it was a little difficult to find but that was easily solved when we turned on Google Maps, and then from there it was great - easy for buses and walking around the city, and restaurants etc. The property was clean and I felt very safe in the building. Self check in was brilliant and worked with no issues. The bed was comfortable and the size of the property was perfect for the 2 of us.

The only thing I would change would be a later check out option - 10am on a Sunday was a little inconvenient so a midday check out would have been ideal.

Great room that is facing Smardan street (our second room was facing inner yard with noisy ventilation). Spacious, very high ceilings, nice kitchen, coffee machine, refrigerator, convenient and clean bathroom. Fantastic location - you leave Otilia door and you are like in a movie - right in the middle of Bucharest Old Town.

Rooms were not cleaned while we were there, towels relacement was offered only on day 5. Could be better.

The location is great, directly in the old town. The room was clean, check-in and communication with the staff was very easy via booking.com. Even though outside is quite nosy at night, the room was quiet with windows closed. Just the night from Saturday to Sunday was noisier then the rest of the days. But ear plugs saved the night sleep 😁 However, this is something to expect and compromise if you want to stay in the appartment directly in a lively street full of bars.

The ventilation in the bathroom has potential to be improved.
