Casa 86 is a modern, new and super clean collection of hotel apartments with amazing customer service. We loved everything about our stay, but were especially appreciative of the hospitality provided by the managers and other staff. They really went the extra mile to make our stay as easy and productive as possible. It’s so nice when you stay at a new place and yet it feels like home from home. We also really liked the big modern kitchen in our apartment, which was fully equipped and made it really easy on the days we did not eat out. The surrounding area is mainly residential, so there was very little noise from the street, even when we had the windows open. There’s a number of very nice local restaurants very close by as well as a smaller supermarkets very near. In summary, it’s a really great place to stay - we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended!

Property is located around 10 min away (walking) from Iancului/Muncii metro station, markets, coffee shops, etc and 25 mins away from Mega Mall where you can find pretty much anything. Staff was really helpul and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We could both relax and work from this location.

Very very nice, spatious and modern apartment with all the amenities needed for a comfort stay ! Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

The only minor problem is that if you take the metro from the closest metro station you need to change line in order to go to the city center.

The apartment is large and everything looks new. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment included free gated parking. Great location. There are many small stores and bakeries within walking distance. All things we needed to visit were within a short driving distance.

The lighting could be brighter in all the rooms. There seemed to be a sewer issue/smell within the bathroom. This bad smell was very strong and never dissipated, even with the bathroom window open. Fortunately, the smell never came into the rest of the apartment. It was a minor inconvenience that we were told would be investigated.

We loved everything here! Even though we only stopped to stay here for a night, you have everything you need to live here long term. The host was very welcoming and client oriented, the house is located in a quiet area. The apartment was spotless clean, very well equipped and had even the extra things that would make your stay stress free! I mean you have everything and more from bathrobes to dishwasher tablets, not to mention that they went the extra mile and gave you complementary drinks and sweets. The bed was super comfortable and cosy in this luxurious apartment! You truly feel like home here!

Location is very accesible, 10 minutes from the metro station. The duplex was separated from the rest of the house. Very quiet. There is an interior staircase, on the ground floor having the living room and kitchenette, and upstairs 2 bedrooms. Cozy appartment, with comfortable pillows and bed.

The hosts were friendly and easy to talk to. They were always reachable and gave us a safe feeling about the location. We appreciated their communication skills and how lovely and clean the apartment was. The area is also great and not that far from the stadium, just a long enough walk to discuss football on your way without getting bored :)

This place is awesome! It has everything you need ( feels like home) all equipments brand new and functional! Squicky clean bedroom and bathroom 😀 I really recommend Casa 86 for everyone coming to Bucharest and they looking for a place to stay !! Big thank you to the guys at the reception 🙏

Everything was very good, new building, spacious apartment, very clean, modernly furnished with fully stylish kitchen and friendly, communicative and professional staff al, private cars parking and the most important thing for me was the price-quality ratio, it is excellent for the conditions offered.

There is nothing to complain about

The room was organised very well. Anything you may need are within your hands' reach. Everything is new and working well.

The room was almost at the ground floor with windows opening to the back yard. There were a lot of people there making noise until late hours in the night. No one warned them.
