Elevator makes a lot of noise and I was two rooms away could still hear the motor groaning every time it moved. Get a room at least three or four doors down. Also major construction on outside facade using grinders 8:00 a.m. Construction or maintenance Guy was knocking on my door at 11:00 a.m. despite having my do not disturb sign up answer the door he wanted to come in and do something by the windows in my room. When I opened the door he had his master key card in the door slot he was going to come in anyway despite me having a sign on the door.... not cool.

The location is very good, close to the ancient part of Bucarest

We arrived on 24, Saturday. The reception's lady is unpolite. When we asked her for the taxi, she refused because of the traffic before the Ed Sheeran's concert. Her coleague made the call for taxi and given the details for the taxi company and the expectation time. Thanks for his support and positive attitude!

Clean room, good breakfast, comfortable bed. The staff was also friendly, especially Mrs. Cristina from the reception desk. Yes, the location is a little away from the center, but that's obvious when you look at the map.

Not really disliked, but rather expected: some things in the room are not "brand new" but they still work as intended.

Unexpected excellent client service ☺️ cleanliness everywhere, slippers and bathrobes in the room; good breakfast. the location is also good - you can get centre in 20-25 min on foot. Excellent price-quality ratio;) and pleasant hospitable staff ☀️

the twin rooms are small a bit, but there is enough space if only to sleep at the hotel;)

I liked the hotel design and the free space in the rooms of the lobby, but also the fact that the hotel reception was faster in finding or calling a taxi. Of course, I would like to suggest that the TV channels should have also more programmes in some foreign languages (English, French etc.).

It is possible that the internet connection should be improved in the rooms, any effort being really appreciated this way. I did not appreciate the fact that there is some frictions between the restaurant staff in front of the guests during the breakfast. It is about showing respect to the guests and if there is an issue about the restaurant tasks, better to have a discret conversation between colleagues, in a private place, in order to maintain a professional work.

This was not my first stay at this hotel… usually the rooms are clean and ok, that’s why I come back…

This time, although I asked for a non smoking room, it was obvious that somebody smoked in the room before. Since I arrived late at night, was extremely tired, I tried to open the window and just aerate the room… please try to be more careful about it in the future… thanks!

we had a big and comfortable room in a quiet neighbourhood. Christina from the reception was more than helpful giving us necessary info and tips.

The hotel wasn't in a very good location regarding the center. You had to walk more than 40 minutes but the room was clean the staff friendly and our staying was pleasant after all!

Parking place always available, which was not stressful like searching parking place on the street. Early check in was possible, for extra 20 Euro, which was again great. Breakfast was very ok, espresso was veery good !

Someone smoked in the room before me and bathroom smelled really bad. Address the issue with smell of smoke and said they would refresh the room, but it never happened.

I like the breakfast the parking area, the informations were given by the receiptionists. The hotel was exactly what i was excpected and really enjoyed my stay! Special Thanks to Christina for the Breakfast bucket in the day of Run Race!
