Very spacious room, around 45 sqr.meters. Huge windows with nice view around the buildings, maybe in higher floors t§he view is better. Polite personnel. The beds were very comfortable and the room had air conditioning. The hotel is in a very nice spot near the main road that leads to the Parliament. There is a very nice restaurant nearby and a Starbucks. Uber was very useful to get us around, there is also public transportation (bus) nearby which is even cheaper.

The TV was very small for the room, was mainly there because the room needed one. The room can be hot in summertime due to the huge windows and air conditioning was average. The bathroom had a glass instead of curtain and unless careful you could wet all the bathroom. The breakfast was average with very small plates.

The rooms were huge and so were the beds. Tiny mini bar. Location not too bad. 20 minute walk to old town. Breakfast was nice too.

The size of the room. Can't remember such a big room anywhere i have stayed before. Very large and comfy bed & pillows.

We have asked in advance for room in first floor due to religious reasons ( cant use an elevator during the Shabbat) but received one at fifth floor. We have asked for change and the staff has provided us a room in second floor on the next day. Location - slightly far from metro or bus station. We have used only uber or bolt but for others it might be a disadvantage.

Room is huge as well as the beds. Really comfy, good value for money

This was a very comfortable hotel, with large well furnished rooms. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of foodstuffs. The staff were very helpful - and spoke excellent English to compensate for our lamentable lack of Romanian. We took dinner on one night, and the food was very good - well prepared, tasty and well presented.

The hotel was somewhat remote in a suburb, and about 15 minutes from the nearest Metro station. It lacked a bar, and its restaurant closed relatively early - and there were few local alternatives.

There was so much to like about the property! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, the room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. The location was also perfect — convenient yet peaceful. It all came together to create a truly memorable stay.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike

Pleasant hotel. Huge room. Perfect (though not outstanding) breakfast. They had national cheeses, ajvar, grilled vegetables, spiced olives (not directly from the can) and other dishes that you won't find oft in other hotels. We did not try their a la cart menu, but other opinions are not so good. The staff was welcoming. They let us move out an hour later because of our flight. Some small shops, some good restaurants around, Carrefour in 10 mins. Refrigerator in the room. Slippers. We also did like it's bit outdated style :) WiFi was OK'ish, bit slow at the evenings.

The surroundings are still bit worn (but that's Bucharest). The city center could be reached on foot, but, still, could be closer :) Normally other "International" hotels have the tourist agency representative on site, but this was not the case. They had only a leaflet of one more expensive tour organizers, and could not provide any more Info.

Staff was nice & cooperative. Big room. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. 2 elevators. Old AC but working. Quiet area. House cleaning did the best for cleaning.

Carpet probably smell dusty. AC noisy. No tissues box. No coffee maker. Fridge should be empty.

Good location, 12-15 mins walking distance from/ to Piata Unirii, underground stop, old city with plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The room we had was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff is very polite and they’ve sorted out a couple of situations for us very well, fast and in a professional manner. Breakfast good.

We had to ask to change the beds after 5 days, while we’ve been told that the beds are changed every 3 days. A few times we had to ask for fresh towels, toiletries and tea & coffee. Feedback provided to the receptionists.

The hotel was secure, rooms were big with comfortable beds. Breakfast area was nice and decent selection of breakfast options.

A few things. The air conditioning unit is not placed in a good part of the room so the air con does not circulate. The women at reception in the morning and afternoon when i arrived and checked out were not very polite, bad obnoxious/cocky attitude saying 'i know but' in an irritated tone which is very rude and not welcoming. No people skills at all. The gentleman on reception however (black hair and beard) was very polite and asked me how i was and really treated me like a guest/human being as did the other male workers. 30 euros for a taxi is way too much!!
