Nice hotel with quality bed. Clean bathroom. Great location for a walk to Romanian parlament.

I staed on 8th floor but extremelly hot in the corridor thanks to the elevator engines. Using elevator the engine clicking was heard in my room even at 1 am. A gentleman who was at reception does not answer the hotel phone. I tried to call him more than 1 hour and no way. If i would emergency need, i would die because no picking up phone and not even calling bed. Bad experience with that booking desk man.

Hotel is modern inside, the rooms are clean and comfortable and good sized. Location is good for the price, the street itself isn’t great but it’s a 15 min walk into the old town and ubers to and from the airport or to the Therme Spa were convenient and cheap. There’s a large carefour supermarket less than 10 mins walk and there are restaurants and bakeries too.

The only negative thing I could say is that the fridge wasn’t keeping anything cool and there was no milk for the coffee / kettle provided so I got some from the shop and it curdled as the fridge didn’t keep it cool.

Very good room/we enjoyed great and reach breakfast each day. Everything is well organised and nothing is missing. In the dining room there are a lot of modern devices,that embetter the service. The personal is very kind.Very good position of the hotel.In 5 minutes you are on Unirii boulevard an from here with autobus you can reach in 10 minutes the comercial center. Here I have to mention the care for the visitor with problems. In the bathroom it exist a plastic bathroom chair and a non-slip carpet in the shower room. Very,Very good!!!!!

For me it was not pleasant to smell sometimes sigars on my way from the room ( 308 ) to the elevator.Also at the entrance of the hotel ,the personal is smoking and you have to go thru an unpleasant barrier of smoke. I suggest to create a room for smokers,as you see at the aeroport. Second,a technical problem : in the bathroom the sink faucet is short, so it is very difficult to wash your hands. Also the soap dispensers are working hard.

I liked everything. It was very clean, the room was spacious. Very comfortable beds and facilities. The room was quiet, we didn't have any problems with unwanted sounds. The breakfast was good, there was a variety of options and the time slot for it was long (7-11am). The staff was very nice and reception works 24/7 which is amazing. They speak English and the communication was easy. There is a parking for the cars as well that's just next to the hotel so you don't need to carry your luggage for too long. The hotel is in the city centre and of a walking distance to the parliament building (15 mins).

We encountered difficulty charging our electric car at the hotel due to the charging station being provided by another company with a website in Romanian. Despite this issue, we found a nearby gas station with a fast-charging station.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect with. The air-conditioning worked well and cooled down quickly. There was a small free parking lot at the side of the hotel. The included breakfast had a decent selection and everything tasted delicious. There was about a ten minute walk to the closest metro station...

There weren't any restaurants within a five minute walking distance of the hotel.

Good value for money. Located 10min walk from the city centre. Clean, comfortable, really nice and helpful staff, good breakfast (eggs, sausages, sweets, fruit, tea, coffee...). Metro station 10min walk away, with direct link to train station. Exactly what I was looking for. Would definatelly stay here again.

Nothing really. Some ventilation in the bathroom would be nice, but its not something that can be quickly solved I guess.

Very nice rooms, very modern and beautiful hotel

Staying in a modern and comfortable well equipped room which was cleaned daily to a very high standard. Helpfulness of reception staff from checking in, returning late in the evening from a long day trip to departure. Special mention to Ramona, nothing was too much trouble. Also, every day when we returned from sightseeing our room had been cleaned as if checking in anew rather than just a quick tidy. This hotel is good value with great staff which made for a pleasant stay.
