The hotel left mixed impressions. On the one hand, the place has clearly undergone recent renovations. On the other hand, the room we booked as a "super suite" had a window that faced a ventilation shaft, which essentially means the room had no proper window. The same applies to the kitchen – while it technically exists, all it includes is a kettle and a sink. Cutlery like spoons and forks? Forget about it. But what stood out the most was the door stopper in the bathroom. It doesn't stop the door effectively but does an amazing job of catching your little toe. Every time you head toward the toilet, you inevitably bang your toe on it. After a couple of days, my entire family had bruised pinky toes.

All the staff were really nice and helpful, the food was nice, clean rooms, ac worked perfectly - considering the extreme heat. good value for money

the location - we were not far, but i wish we were a bit closer to the city centre. we always had to take a taxi or public transport, as it was too hot to walk in 40 degrees. the location on booking.com is a bit misleading. yes it falls within the perimeter of city centre, but it is not quite city centre.

Excellent hotel. We were forced to leave another hotel because the bed was so bad. We transferred to Hotel Labirint which is tucked away in the back streets of Bucharest away from any noisy main road and were pleasantly surprised at the quality and firmness of the beds, for us this was a priority! There was a very warm welcome when we arrived from the hotel manager who was exceptionally polite and helpful and spoke good English. The room was very bright, clean and newish. At breakfast we were astonished by the size of the big breakfast platter brought to us. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The location is just a 15-minute walk from the city center, and it’s quiet - which is very important to me. The staff are very kind and responsive, always ready to help if you need anything. I personally prefer the room with the balcony, as it feels more spacious.

The bathroom amenities could be improved: for example, better shower gel and shampoo. It would also be nice to have a bottle of water provided at the beginning of the stay.

A nice hotel with very helpful staff who spoke good English. The location is the only disadvantage, since it is a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station. There were no street maps available either - essential if you don't have access to Google maps. The breakfast was very good and I was allowed to have it at an earlier time since I was leaving for the airport.

The fridge in the room was noisy and kept me awake. There was a kettle and cups, but no tea, coffee or milk provided. What were they for?

The staff was very helpful. We arrived way earlier than their check-in time, straight from our overnight train and the staff made sure we could check in as soon as our room was vacant. The location isn't in the very centre but still convenient and within a short bus ride. It was calm and quiet, we could sleep with our window open.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like.

Very friendly staff and helpful, the breakfast is fresh and you have a lot of options. Location is quiet, the vibe is very good and I would recommend it. They also have parking in front of the hotel. You can consider your clients from now when we visit Romania

-Everything was clean -Very confortable bed and mattress, good quality towels -Kind and attentive staff -Breakfast and coffee were good, but don't expect a very big buffet -It was quiet when we were there but if you have loud neighbours you will probably hear them quite well

-There are only 3 parking spots in front of the hotel, so if you are lucky you get one of them; if not, you have to find a parking spot on the street -Not very good sound insulation

A very nice and familiar little boutique hotell. Staff was friendly and serviceminded , room and hotell / lobby had a modern and fresch touch, it seemed to be newly renovated and it was very clean. Not a huge breakfast buffé but with all you needed , fresh and tasty - the coffe were great.

We dont mind walking but some may think its a little bit "off" - it took us about 25 / 30 minutes to walk to the old town/lipscani - more than an hour by feet to the Herestreau park and around one hour for the parlament Palace for example , we enjoyed our walks and didnt mind and also taxi is very sheap.

Hotel was clean and tidy and the staff friendly. Room was small but had what we needed. Pleased to see a kettle and a fridge.

1st room we were given the shower was broken and the electrics didn't work as we arrived. Electric was sorted but then broke again and we were moved that evening to a new room. Would have been good to have some directions about where best to catch the right bus or tram into town. We managed to get in but not back out so had to walk or use taxi. The area is a bit run down but seemed better if you took a longer walk via the river
