Everything from the property to the staff was just perfect. Lovely breakfast location on top of the building, with an amazing view over the whole city. Located very close to the city center, around 5mins with an Uber. Would absolutely book again, thanks for the great stay.

The location of the hotel is really good - close to the city and many other attractions. The rooms are comfortable , heated well for cold winter and have good space Staff were friendly and helpful

We had a problem with the heater which was creating sudden noise which could wake us from sleep We had to change the room but the new room that was provided also had a problem with the key device that kept making a click noise every now and then. Also hot/cold water couldn't be easily regulated. I assume those are very specific problems which hopefully are not applicable to other rooms since the hotel is really very nice

The room was clean and looked beautiful; we took "getting ready" photos for our wedding here and the room as background looked very good. The beautiful view was a nice bonus, we could see "Bulevardul Unirii" and the Palace of Parliament from the balcony. The space was also ideal for the photoshoot, as there were multiple people in the room at the same time. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had plenty of variety, it was good for starting the day. The staff was also friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here!

The placement of the TV / coffee machine could be a bit better; the only way to use the coffee machine was to place it in front of the TV (and move it away for watching TV), the cables were too short; maybe an extension cord could help there.

This is my go-to hotel in Bucharest, it's the 5th time I stay here. - Great location, close to city center - Clean and spacious rooms - Kind and helpful staff - Very quiet, despite proximity to a main avenue

Only a minor inconvenience that quickly got sorted out with the staff's help so it was not something severe enough that would affect my rating for the hotel in any negative way: - Card access was not working for my room, but after pointing this out at the reception, they provided me with a key for my room instead and there were no further issues.

It was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel met all my needs. It was spotless. The location was very good and convenient for wherever I wanted to go. The cleanliness the temperature in the room were all excellent. The staff very polite. An unforgettable experience. Congratulations! Keep up the great work.

I don’t remember finding anything that didn’t impress me or that needed adjustment. If I had to mention something, it would be perhaps a wider variety in the breakfast.

Comfortable parking, very good location, clean, large room and bathroom, normal hairdryer ☺️ They served yogurt in a very sweet way, in tiny separate portions/ jars.

We waited for about 40min to check in (we arrived at 14:40 and we had to ask once again at about 15:20-30 if our room is ready, by this time they checked in a huge group of children and their teachers, who came after us). They used the same elevators (upon the main entrance) to lift up different products to the lobby bar/or some other kitchen, I don't know, strange decision, I hope it's a temporary one).

We stayed at your hotel in September. We are very grateful to the front desk employees Claudio and Elena - they helped us to extend our stay and we were not obliged to move to another room despite the hotel was 100% booked. And also we received a wonderful breakfast as a present from Claudio. The communication was extremely kind and pleasant, so it’s even a little sad that we left and didn’t have time to say goodbye to Claudio and Elena in person. Also, we visited the restaurant upstairs. We didn't book a table in advance, but a waiter Alexander Saadu helped us find the best table - and we ended up sitting on the terrace with an amazing view of Bucharest. All dishes and service were at a very good level, so thank you very much!

To be honest, it's a bit long to wait for elevators. But it's not a huge problem.

The hotel is nice, but its trying to look more luxurious than its actually is. Firstly i honestly booked it, because of sky bar which was closed during our staying, because of some renovation. Did not find any note, except when we arrived. Breakfast was good, but basic one, nothing special. Room seems to be renovated, but i think quality of material is not the best. You can hear people from coridour into room, doors are really thin and when we were closing it, handle stayed in my hand several times. Bathroom looks nice, but it could have a hangera for towels and so. It was okay staying, but really nothing extraordimary. Best thing about hotel is service in my opinion, whoch was alway pleasent and helpfull

There is a good aroma from the entrance, a pleasant interior, the room is clean. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise; in addition to the fact that it takes place on the 12th floor, with a view of the city, it has quite a variety of dishes.

1)We booked a double bed at booking, but they gave us a room with two single beds. In general, this did not affect our vacation, since these single beds did not move apart, and we stayed for 2 nights and because of this we no longer wanted to ask for a new room. However, we paid 300 lei more for a room with a double bed. 2) we had a problem with the door card. When, after opening the door, you have to put it into a special cardholder on the wall for electricity to appear in the room, it went off 3 times and the electricity turned off. It was a little annoying, but it didn't interfere with the rest. 3) There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. 4) The window did not open “up”; only if you open the window completely, you can ventilate the room.

Average room. Comfortable enough.

On arrival there was no one to help with my luggage. The key card to the room didn't work. So struggled with luggage back to reception where staff had to give me an actual key! Back upstairs I used card for electricity! Next day I bought some milk and put it in fridge in room. While out cleaner removed card and turned fridge off! Temperature outside was 42C!
