The location is superb.Just next to Decebal boulevard with its restaurants,bars,cafes and large promenade. The studio I was in is homey, and pleasant. There are three very convenient supermarkets across the street and good public transportation for those with a tight budget, although Bolt and Uber are very cheap in Bucharest. Whenever I am in Bucharest, and I am quite often there, my first choice are the Decebal Residence Apartments and only if they are fully booked for my dates I look elsewhere. I think that says it all.

The kitchen equipment is very basic so if you intend to do your own cooking this is not the place for you. There are very few dishes, caps etc, No dish rack to dry the dishes. If your apartment is not on the ground floor there are plenty of stairs to climb with no elevator. For the elderly this can be a deal breaker.

This is my fifth stay at the residence so I obviously like the place. The location is right next to a main boulevard with plenty of good restaurants and two supermarkets. The building is realtively new and quite modern The response to any request is prompt and effective.

The apartment I rented this time was on the 4th floor. The building has no elevator and there was no way of knowing that. I think they should emphasize the fact that there are no elevators to any offer above the ground floor. The kitechhe has only very basic utensils so if you plan on cooking some serious meals this is not the place for you.

Very good location, heating system excellent, new microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, everything to feel like at home.

Some other guests make noise always when use stairs, talking, shooting louder and disturbing others. Better to have in EN typed "keep quiet place".

Really enjoyed my stay here. Whilst I didn’t meet staff (contactless check in/out), they used WhatsApp and were very helpful. Rooms had washing machine and drying rack on balcony so loved being able to do my laundry. Great kitchen facilities (though wish they had a bit more crockery/microwaveable bowls etc). Comfy bed and aircon. Close to supermarkets and public transport

Area isn’t the nicest so I didn’t go out in evenings.

There was what looked like the start of damp in the living room. Also when trying to find the property, we got lost and the host were not massively helpful however I understand there is language barriers etc

The location is just great! Very nice bulevard, area. Easy to reach using public transportation, from the airport, the railway station, the city center. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and cocktail bars to choose from. The accommodation is clean, the personal very friendly and hospitable.

There was a problem with the heating and the hot water but they were very responsive and did the best to find us the best solution.

The location was very nice, clean and it was very well equipped. I liked it!😊

If possible, I would like to give this very nice Residence a piece of advice...namely, to equip it with newer towels. The ones I received were very worn even though they were very clean.😊

I like the atmosphere of the hotel. Like design and coziness, view from the window. Liked the area around place. Place has minimum set of kitchen supplies, which is very convenient. Easy online check in, I was messaged how to find exactly my building with photos, so it was smooth. It was clean and nice, I liked my stay.

No nets on the windows, so if light on, some bugs can be in. But no so critical. Also I couldn’t do tea, because the kettle had furring (something white, seems like left from previous boilings)

Everything was just like in the offer. We used self-checking which was very easy. The studio was clean, spacious and just like at the pictures. The area is very nice, it was quiet and peaceful. There is a bus and a trolleybus stop nearby, with which you can easily reach the city center or the train station.

I have nothing to complain about.

The apartment was really cosy and warm and the price was really good.

We arrived to the checkin with no information how to do it. I sent a message to the number and the woman took 20 minutes do answer and didnt even bother to say a "youre welcome" and i said "thank you" at the end of the conversation. In the bathroom there was watter leaking from the shower box all the time, also the hot watter on the shiwer was not constante depending of the hour we had shower . Also the building is a bit far from the city center, so not a good option for those who prefer to stay near everything. But the good part is that the taxi are cheap and there is public transport near the building.
