The apartment is very spacious with lots of chairs and couch to rest on. There is a balcony too which provides a great view of the neighborhood. There is a great and inexpensive canteen right downstairs from the apartment where people working in the neighborhood buildings have lunch. There is also a supermarket right downstairs for food and supplies. Across the street are a couple of small pastry stalls and a coffee stall. All in all it is a highly efficient neighborhood and everything is at your fingertips. It’s ideally located and just 300 m away from PACII metro station. The reception staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in at 12:00 instead of 15:00. The building is located in an industrial park and has a youthful and vibrant vibe.

Comfort, cleanliness, facilities very nice. Nice scent in the room and good AC unit, would cool the room down very fast. Comfy mattress. Good water temp and pressure. The coffee corner in reception also very nice and handy in the morning. The lady who checked me in was very lovely and acomodating, after I came in later than initially advised. Very polite staff, all of them. Had dnd on the door and they were very silent when cleaning, I was able to get proper rest. Will stay again!

Nothing to dislike the hotel’s quality is great

- The location is good, even if a bit far from the city center. There is the M3 metro line that terminates right outside the hotel so there is easy access to the city center - The rooms are nice and spacious even if the furniture is a tad dated - They have fluffy towels - There is a pool on the premises and you have 50% discount to it if you stay in these rooms - Fast and Easy access to A1 and the Bucharest Bypass road

Family friendly. Clean, very friendly, capable staff. Oftentimes overlooked, the cleaning staff and Ileana specifically was kind at the same time very thorough in her work. Thank you Ileana! Fitness center a real plus. 400 meters to Metrou.

Bathtub has a open space at the far end through which water will drain to the floor unless the water pressure is carefully managed.

Amazing staff, very understanding and always willing to support. They do their best to accommodate all your needs. Room is big, warm and clean. Parking space is provided also. Location is near to a subway station with direct line to the city center. You have shops and restaurants nearby. It is our forth time here. Everything was perfect, as usual!

very spacious studio which was cleaned daily. well equipped kitchenette with microwave and utensils for basic cooking. good mattress and thick curtains made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The provided toiletries were of very good quality and slippers were provided too. Although it seems far from the centre, it only takes around 20 mins to get into the centre by metro (avoiding the terrible traffic!) and it only costs 50 pence for a tube ride (May 2023). The receptionists are absolutely lovely! They’re willing to share advice, trip ideas etc. I booked this place last minute after having to ask for a refund at another place which was unbearable to stay at. The quality of budget accommodation in Bucharest seems low, but West Gate Studios was fantastic. do not let the location stop you from booking here. You really won’t regret it.

everything was great but the following could make it even better: -Bath mat would be a great addition to the toiletries package -a kettle in the room (i haven’t seen any in Romanian accommodation so maybe it’s not a thing here) -a complimentary bottle of water in the room upon arrival

Easy to find, nice apartment, spacious, great AC, kitchen, balcony, nice place to stay.

I would have appreciated to have a coffee maker in the room, or a kettle to boil water for a tea, or at least something to put on the stove to boil water in. There is a kitchen, bot no teapot or a pot to use on the stove.

Great location in a safe and modern area, with lots of free parking, clean rooms, really friendly and helpful staff. It was excellent.

- Its really not important, but i had a very soft pillow(it was like sleeping on a T-Shirt) and the single bed was a bit narrow. But, that is a more of a personal preference and maybe not a problem for others.

The Accommodation was very good, it was spacious and clean. The front desk and clean staff were always friendly and helpful. There are many supermarktets and eating facilities in the area. Public transport is close by on walking distance from several busses to trams, and metro station Preciziei.

It would have been nice to have a water cooker in the room.

This is my location every time I coming back to Bucharest. Very close to underground station (Preciziei), mini supermarket nearby. The room is very clean , cozy and warm in the winter. In the summer they have an open pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
