I recently stayed at this brand-new hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's modern design and amenities truly shone through, with the property looking exactly as pictured. While the location wasn't ideal, taxis are readily available and affordable, making it easy to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooftop bar was a fantastic addition, offering stunning views and great service from the staff. The staff in general were friendly, though some were more welcoming than others. One thing to note is that the bed was quite small, so if you're looking for more space, you might want to consider that. Despite this, I'd recommend this hotel for its modern amenities and great rooftop bar. With a bit more refinement in the service department, this hotel could truly shine.

Just how small the bed was in the twin room

The property is exactly like the pictures but better, the rooms are soooo clean and the lobby smells so lovely. The resturants food is soooo nice and well priced. I love this place. The only thing is the radiator was on my whole stay and I couldn’t figure out until the last day why the room was so hot, and it gave my son a cough. But I should have checked why the radiators were on full blast. The only thing that could have made this place better is if it had some spa facilities. But other than that PERFECT!! I wish I stayed longer just for the room.

The room was too hot and stuff, but that was because of the radiator being on. The staff were so helpful that I am sure if I asked they could have turned it off. But I didn’t realise it was the radiator until my last day.

Flexible check in time, specially if you arrive in a late flight, looks like the place was renewed recently, clean and spacious, nice decor, frigobar with available stuff to drink, the breakfast was good, with a parking space, which is great! Inside of the historical center, so you can go everywhere in a walking distance. Very friendly staff.

The bed was not very comfortable (too soft specially for people with back issues like me), the bath experience is not the best, the bathroom is clean, shower is great, but with no door and in front of the bathroom door, what makes a big mess with water everywhere even if you try to "behavior" the best way possible during shower. They could install a door (foldable e.g.), because this with time can also cause to them a big headache specially for the wood floor of the room.

The cleanliness (top priority for us) of the whole hotel was extraordinary. The hotel itself combines comfort, functionality, cleanliness, and modern amenities too. The professional staff are always friendly and helpful (both at the reception and in the restaurant). The room was spacious enough to accommodate us as well as our luggage. Nice design and also comfy at the same time. All supplies like toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. were available in the bathroom. Excellent location with free parking in a nice neighborhood. Pharmacies and supermarkets are available nearby. The rooms and amenities matched the official photos. The stay was one of our bests, so highly recommend the hotel and would definitely visit it again.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The cleaning was exceptional, and the cleaning staff did an amazing job keeping everything spotless and welcoming. The room was spacious, cozy, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was decent, offering a good start to the day. Ladies at the reception – they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. Overall, great.

During our stay, we had an issue with the room being VERY COLD on two occasions, and both times it happened when a man was working at the reception (we didn’t get his name). It became clear that he had turned off the heating and only switched it back on after we went to the reception a few times to complain. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially since we never had this issue when the ladies were working at reception. It left a negative impression on an otherwise great stay.

Very clean, wonderful design in each room and around the hotel. Very comfortable and homely feeling. The food in the restaurant in the evening and the breakfast in morning was perfect. They also did chicken sausages which is rare to find in many European accommodations. We are all travel agents and travel to lots of different places and I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and well kept Accommodation that I have been too. The value for money was incredible. Madalina at reception on our first night was amazing. She was attentive, polite and knowledgeable. She made our stay great on the first night. The accommodation is surrounded by many shops all walking distance and the main attractions that we went to were only 25mins away. So even though it was not a central location it was still close enough. I preferred being away from tourist and the hustle and bustle. This was a overall a lovely stay.

My aunty booked for a late extension to 6pm - which was a late checkout. However the next evening's receptionist thought my aunty meant an additional night and charhed for this. When we read the invoice and went down to correct the mistake, we were informed that we could not get a refund until management was present and with it being the weekend this was not possible. Unfortunately we were leaving that night. So this was a bit of an inconvenience. If this did could have been rectified on the day then the whole stay would have got a 10 out of 10.

Good location of the hotel. It's close enough to Bucuresti that you can take a taxi/uber (which is what we did to get to the center), but still far enough that it's easy to get onto the Centura or the "highway" to get to the airport, which is what we also did. The Otopeni airport was about 30mins away, which was not bad. The hotel had plenty of parking in a dedicated hotel only parking lot, and there was even a Profi on the lower level for basic groceries. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, probably the best I've seen at all the hotels I've been to (including in Germany, France, Ireland, Canada, and the USA). Breakfast had 2 types of eggs (sunny-side and scrambled - not from the powdery stuff), and they were even open to make boiled eggs upon request. They had 2 different types of sausages and bacon, as well as cold cuts (salamis, hams), cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers, breads, cheese spreads, coffee, juice, cereal & milk, yogurt, and pastries. All in all, it was a good stay for a one night rest before flying back to Canada; I'd definitely come back!

One thing I could mention for the negatives, was the street noise. I like sleeping with the window open for fresh air at night, however this was hard to do because of the street noise. Of course this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, and it's not like they can block the street off in front of the hotel. Depending on the day, be ready to hear people racing their cars, motorcycles/scooters, and groups of kids going to and coming from the nearby Kaufland.

A very nice hotel, with lots of amenities, kind staff and sparkly clean ! It was really hard for me to find a good accommodation in Bucharest since many of them have good photos but when you get on site, the reality isn’t what it was presented. In this case, it was beyond our expectations.

It was a bit cold in the room and we didn’t know how to turn on the heat ( probably we could have asked and everything would get solved quickly, but we didn’t since it wasn’t so inconvenient )
