The cleaning was done daily in a quickly manner. Location near the commercial center. Since our previous trip, a kettle has been added as room equipment.

Breakfast was average - as the last time we visited the hotel , there were not many options to choose from. We would have preferred more fruits and vegetables. In the room, coffee and tees were not refilled daily. However, 3 teas and 4 coffees were available in the room on the first day of our trip. Stuff was polite and cleaning service really efficient. Overall, very good customer experience - the hotel really worked on the weak points and provided an above-average service for a 3 star hotel.

Good location close to Plaza Romania mall. The AFI Cotroceni shopping center is also nearby. The service staff did a good job during my stay at the hotel. The room was clean. The breakfast in the restaurant was tasty as was the other food you can order there.

I lived in room 403. The windows in the room need to be serviced. There are problems with the drainage of rainwater. Excess water enters the room at the top of the window frame. Despite this, I was satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

I booked the wrong kind if room and the staff was keen to help change to the type I needed at no extra cost. Very good location. Room looked really good and comfortable. Very food size, ideal for a couple.

Good value for money. Location is perfect for someone wishing to be near central Bucharest but not willing to spend a lot on hotels.

WiFi is a bit bad. Broadband is dirt cheap in Romania, there is no reason to not have decent WiFi in this hotel. Signal in the rooms is poor and the overall bandwidth is low.

Breakfast was a little bit poor,the second day the ham was not smelling good,it wasn’t eatable.

Nice location, excellent crevice, as usually. Staying in West plaza not the first time and definitely not the last one.

Very clean, spacious room. Bathroom was great. The bed was very comfortable.

For the first time in 10 years since coming to West Plaza, there was no parking available. Their delivery car was parked on 2 of their parking spaces and no one was available to move it.

The beds can be improved,the mattres it s moving and you need to wake up and fix it during the nights.The space of showers can be bigger ,it s no room from moving

The staff and cleaning team are amazing. My room was on the front side of the building where the sun sets and it got really warm. The air conditioner kept shutting off for some reason. Other than that, my stay was very enjoyable.
